They do not care about the customer. I had the worst experience here. I purchased a car and Braxton will not respond to my emails. I never received my title and I have emailed him 4 times without response. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received and I would expect better when buying a car. Do not purchase here.

Easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I can recall. Angel, Jonathan and Alberto were incredibly helpful, communicative, and efficient getting everything lined up primarily via email and text (I live about 90 min away). I half expected from previous experiences at other dealerships to have been bait-and-switched, but I walked in and the deal we discussed was the deal I got. No one pressured me with add-one (they offered but dropped it as soon as I said no). I won’t even think twice about where to go for my next vehicle.

Absolutely terrible dealership. Purchased a brand new 2021 Mazda 3 and after signing the papers I was given a scratched up car. Told the salesman he said they’ll get it fixed. I had to call them for weeks and I was told “call back tomorrow” every time so I called Mazda Corporate and the dealership finally ordered the part only 1 issue out for 3 issues. The other scratched up parts thrown under the rug. So I kept fighting for the other scratches to be fixed and nothing happened, all I got was a disrespectful service manager that told me it wasn’t their fault and they will not do anything

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Napleton's Shaumburg Mazda. We found a used Veloster online and paid sticker price, no strings attached. The dealership had detailed the car and it looked immaculate. Ivan, our salesman, was great. As soon as we arrived he met us outside and was informed, enthusiastic, and friendly. We test drove the car and afterwards headed inside for negotiations, which were short. We came in knowing the set price, and that's what we paid. The staff were all super friendly and respectful, and they were super gracious letting us stay past close. This is what buying
