Interesting my previous negative review is gone.... I bought a groupon and claimed the Groupon. They also charged me the price without Groupon. When I Called to clear it up the owner (who i spoke to many times on this number) answered and said "wrong number" hung up on me and never answered again ansi never got my money back.

I'm sincerely wanting you to save yourself money and belongings. I've never written a negative review but after 120 days of waiting for the claims department to review and then reject my claim for a broken hutch they are responsible for and the company will not not respond to any of my communications, I am left with no choice but to hopefully spare you the same misfortune. Sadly this service was very poor.

If I could give a negative star for this moving company I would! My daughter contacted our truck moving over a month ago to pack her apartment up and move it into a U-Haul truck that she provided. The morning they were to be here she and her husband waited at 8 AM no call 8:30 AM no call 9 o'clock no movers showing up no call. Finally at 10:30 or 11 o'clock my daughter got a hold of the company and they were told no one was going to be able

Saw their deal on Groupon and whoever answered the phone obviously did not want to be there. No where on their Groupon did it mention that they'll be extra surcharge for mileage/fuel. Okay, I guess it's "common sense" but I asked if I could place him on a brief hold just to double check everything with my boyfriend. The person on the phone said "OK" then hangs up on me after a minute?? We booked with Michael's Movers instead and their reservationist was a lot nicer and helpful.

They never showed up. I had a moving appointment this morning with an arrival of 8-9 am, paid a $40 deposit and received an email confirmation and everything.. and they never showed up. Even after several calls, voicemails, text message (blue iPhone message showing delivered), and email.. nothing. Writing this review around 3pm~ and still haven't received a word. More to come but thought I'd put my two cents ASAP so others can think twice about using this company's services.

I have called them twice now to schedule a move with a Groupon voucher I purchased. The first was a week ago. After 10 min on the phone they said their system was slow and they would have to call back. They never did, but committed to have availability on Good Friday before the original call ended. After calling them again today, they said they no longer have availability and then hung up on me. Very short and rude on the phone.
After reading the other recent reviews, I agree they are 1-star. I am requesting a refund of my Groupon. Avoid at all cost! Buyer beware!

Andrew, Garret, & Dom were amazing! They made moving so easy, & they had a good sense of humor on top of their great quality service. To clarify, my review was 3 stars because the operator convinced me that the truck was big enough to move a 4 bedrooms with one trip. My original plan was to start at a storage facility to empty that out, then meet at the old residence to gather more belongings, & finally meet at the new residence. This took multiple trips between the old & new residence. Therefore, it took +8 hours to complete each day. Plus, there was an $80 fuel fee & that

The extra cost for the truck is $85 and $25 for stairs. I put down $40 as deposit (which they said will go towards the ending balance) when I booked the appointment.
The movers (Adrianna and another guy) showed up during the timeframe and went over the cost with me. I live on the third floor, so $85+$25+$25=$135 if I stay within the 2-hour timeframe. That's The the number that was presented to me. The movers were a bit of slow in our opinion and we had to move stuff ourselves with them. They, however, managed to move all the big items.
I ended up paying Adriana $135 cash and $40 cash

Scheduling the move was confusing. Luckily they were able to get my move in by the date I needed. That isn't the reason behind my 1 star review though.
The move itself was horrible, only one mover seemed to know what they were doing, I got a scratch on a new TV, scuffs all over my new loft walls.. I mentioned it to the mover and he didn't even apologize. My old apartment got dents and scratches on my old door.
The mover had the couch leaning over and squished my foot at one point.
If furniture didn't fit the first way through the solution was to just keep pushing harder.

So unfortunately I didn't read reviews prior to hiring them to move us from our 1 bedroom apartment to our new home, because they broke over $800 worth of items beyond repair (vanity and television), to then only agree to reimburse us $46, even though the guy moving us said they had insurance and would reimbursement us in total for the damage incurred.
I will attach photos as well, but needless to say we will be seeking mediation through the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles to recoup our costs and using reviews here as added testimony to our filed claim.

I have never used a moving company but decided to for our new home. I bought the deal on Groupon and because I lived so far outside of Dallas I needed to pay a $70 trip fee. The movers came and move us out of our rental house (only the heavy stuff) to the new home. While they were at the old house with my man the made a huge scratch along with a dent to match on the front of the front door whiten my man called them out on. Next they chipped the paint real bad beside the master bed, jacked up the whole side of my armoire with all kinds of dents and scraps. Next......they manage to put a huge scratch

Our move was scheduled for Friday evening. When the two gentlemen arrived at 6p, they informed us they had been working since 7a. Understandably they were exhausted after a 12 hour day, in the 100+ degree Dallas heat. Once they finished loading all of our stuff in after 9p, we started to head over to our new home which is only a 15 minute drive. While we are in route, we get a call from one of the movers telling us that he isn't feeling well and is having back cramps and he doesn't feel like he can complete the move today. In the most objective way I can convey, working with Our Truck was very disappointing (to say the least). MIn the beginning with the sales representatives the experience was positive, but it went downhill from when the movers arrived.
I was moving from a one bedroom apartment on the second floor to another one bedroom on the second floor, only 20 minutes away from each other. All of my boxes were stacked in the front of my apartment (maybe around 10 large and 4 small) and the only items left were my bed, nightstand, table, tv, and entertainment center. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They broke my dining table, my dresser and scratched all sorts of other furniture. The damages claim took 3-4months to process and got paid 75$. The movers came out smelling like pot and had absolutely no professionally. Worst company ever. I will be uploading pictures of damages as well as the email they sent as proof. stay away from these guys.
