TERRIBLE!! My appointment was scheduled and confirmed on January 18th for a January 31st move at 8am for 3 movers and a truck. My sister’s move the day before was delayed by 5 hours. They stopped at 12am but did not move her boxes into the designated rooms and did not hook up her washer and dryers. My appointment was for Monday at 8am. I received at call at 7:49am stating that they would be running late because they worked late the night before. If you really want to move please don’t book them. Worst ever moving company I have seen. Booked their service via groupon almost a week ago for moving apartment. After booking, no one responded on call until 2 days ago from the actual date of moving. The slot booked was from 12:00nn- 3:00 pm. On calling them at 12:00 nn, they said this is the slot and movers can arrive anytime between this slot. Mover called us around 2:15 pm and said he will be there in 40 min- 1 hr but never came back. This business is a scam. They took my money and never showed. I would give zero stars if I could. The story is. I booked Groupon and called office. Did not answer until the 4th time, we set up a moving appt. Given appointment time of 12pm. Sent me a text. At 1 pm on day of moving I called the office no one answered, looked at the text and appt said 12-3 so I waited a little longer. Called the office 10 more times to check status. No one ever answered. Had a move scheduled for Tuesday 11/23 and was planning on driving to the new state on the 24th. Tried to reach them as there was no one at our house by 12:30. Finally received a call from the owner and was informed 2 people called in sick and 2 "had COVID" (yea right!). I asked when he was planning on calling me and letting me know. Omg!!!!! Let's start at the beginning. We called a week in advanced for their services. Of course they said they were available to assist in our move for Saturday SEPTEMBER 4th between 12-3. On the day of our(myself, husband and 4 month baby) move we received a call from management at 239 stating they are running late and still on the first move (meaning 800am appointment). I had the 12-4 slot and the guys came over around 4, due to one of the 3 members (i booked the 3 movers, 3 hours package) sprained their ankle and they are short of one member. They were super professional about it, offered to do the complete move for the same cost without any additional charge as they would have been able to complete the job under 3 hours if they had 3 members. They brought the moving blankets and tape, packed all the furniture carefully and moved downstairs. We have a couch that is super heavy and huge to take it out the door as well as down the stairs. On Jul 29, 2021 I made a Groupon reservation for our move today Aug 20, 2021 for an appointment at noon today for 3 movers. At 12:15 pm, I began calling. The call went to voicemail. over the course of 2 hours I called 8 times and got voicemail every time. I finally got a call back and they said that one of the movers got a call that their son was exposed to covid at his school so they were down to two movers instead of three. I said that was fine since my moveout date is the day after tomorrow.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY...... So where should I start. The booking process went smoothly, the email communication on move and when they arrive went well. They showed up 5 minutes after the arrival window (not bad). The actual move was fair. All went pretty well until the next day when I discovered my TV was damaged during the move. I called and reported it to their representative TY immediately. She then reached out to my mover George and he called me a short time later. He asked for me to send pictures and said he would take care of it. I sent pictures and since then he has stopped answering

0 stars!!! Worst moving company ever!!! No show 2 days in a row!!! My move was scheduled for this past Monday between 12-3. I called to get a ETA around 2 and they tell me the current move is going to take longer because the elevator broke and the move is on the 4th floor. I am understanding and say keep me posted. Around 5 I give them a call and they said they are about to head my way then I get a call back from the dispatcher saying their truck battery is dead. They tell me they can reschedule for between 8-9 in the morning. I told them my lease was up that day but have no choice so say that

If I could give zero stars I would. We were waiting around to assist my friend with her move. We were given the time-frame of 12 to3. She was advised the driver was running behind because of another move. She then started calling asking for updates on ETA. They stopped responding on both the business/dispatch line and and driver phone. Finally received a cancelation text notification at 8pm, we'll after the window given and we'll after they quit answering the phone and providing updates. This is beyond distasteful. STRIKE 1: I purchased a $99 two hour move via Groupon, got ahold of George and scheduled my move date. After a few days I tried to contact them to revise the date but no one answered or returned any of my voice messages. I left no less than 4 messages per day over a 6 day period. When I finally reached someone (George) he confirmed that the company only had one phone number, and stated that he never received any of my messages

After loading half of the things to truck, they asked us to help them to move to and from the truck or else they would come next day. our leasing is completed and we had to move out the same day.
This is very unprofessional, we had to pay money to these guys and also help them move.

My move was about 2 months ago. Finally got the time to speak about this company. Very disappointed with the service. We scheduled them to be at our apartment at 8:30 am with a 1 hour window. They got to our apartment at almost 1 pm. Took them a little over 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment and they had 3 guys working. They dragged my things all over the floor. The guys kept going on their phones. The owner did knock out 2 hours from the bill but truthfully it didn't compensate. I opened my electric acoustic guitar just the other day for the first time after the move and it had a broken piece

Today was my moving day. I was scheduled for 8am. I paid my deposit and received a yesterday about my appointment.
It is now 9:20am, I have not heard from anyone from Minute Man Moving. I have called over 15 times and texted. I am highly pissed and annoyed at this point.
