I can’t say enough good things about this company! Paul and George were very personable and friendly. The level of professionalism this company offers is on another level, this is what everyone needs in a moving company. We will definitely be using them again for future moves and highly recommending them for anyone who needs to move. You guys were great and saved me on this move when the brokers fell through and created problems (another company). Highly recommend Heiza!

This operation is a joke. Even more so because they work with National American Van Lines. The price continued to increase throughout the pickup and the delivery. There was little to no communication about details before the pickup. I was informed at 9:30 at night that the movers would be here first thing in the morning. Upon arrival they said they only accepted cash or money order. My complaint is where do I find $5,000 at 9:30 at night. There was lots of wasted time, the movers were lazy, the movers were incompetent, the movers hit the house with the truck during good weather conditions, inexperienced

My husband and I have moved all over the world. I have never dealt with a company like this. They were extremely slow and unprofessional. Did not take care of our items. We had so much damage! It was a nightmare! My husband was basically force to sign the contract stating everything looked great! Before they started unpacking! A job that should have taken three days took five! My advice DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We have moved all over the world. Military family. I have never seen such awful movers. Took forever! Unqualified. Unprofessional. Things were broken and dirty. Didn’t have any sort of organization. Our stuff was shoved into any box they could find. My furniture was completely damaged on corners, scratched up. My upholstery head board was so dirty.… It took the fours days. They didn’t have a large enough truck so they kept going and dropping our things in a storage unit. Do yourself a favor use anyone but them!!! Oh and the owner, Paul, threatened to have his guys drive away

We had to push our move back a day because of a snowstorm. When we finally got to our destination of Los Angeles, California, a lot of things went wrong. But the movers were very patient and went the extra mile to help, and even helped to unlock my car because I had locked my keys in the car. They had to charge more due to the long distance between the truck and our apartment. But they and their boss worked out a deal for us, and finally got us moved in. We are very grateful to them for everything they did.

Jacob and Paul were exceptional movers. The experience couldn’t have been any better. Communication was perfect, they adapted to some of our odd pieces of furniture and took great care of it all. Our move was from a small tight street in a college town to the middle of nowhere in New Mexico, very different types of houses. I would add that they were both also polite and kind and full of smiles, all of which made this a wonderful move. We felt very comfortable with them both and trusted them entirely. We definitely would use them again and recommend them fully!
