Obed and his team did really well. This was the 4th moving company I've hired in the Dallas area. Only abnormal request I had was floor protection in a few rooms. They did great setting that up and were much faster than any other company I've used. They did not sacrifice carefulness either. They were a little late but moved so efficiently that they still would have finished faster than the other 3 companies with a head start.

They did a great job- movers worked extremely hard and price was reasonable. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is they were about 20 minutes late but this was actually good for us because we used the time to finish packing some items. I also had left them a voicemail to ask a question the day before the move and I did not hear back. These are very minimal issues though but wanted to point them out because there is always room for improvement. I would definitely use them again next time I move and would recommend them to any one else lotto move.

My tv was fine before the move. I tested it at storage unit. My tv isn't working now unfortunately. :(
Overall the movers did a great job. I am giving them 5 stars for their swift and professional demeanor. Very fast. Very nice.
I tipped them at the end and if you pay cash they give you a small discount which is great.

Expert City Movers was fast and easy to hire!
They showed up on a Sunday and made my moving experience so easy. They did it in a timely manner and met my every need! Obed was very understanding and didn’t even complain that I was on the fourth floor at my new apartment complex. They still finished on time and I was moved into my new apartment before the day was even over. They are an amazing company and I am so happy I hired them to help me!

Obed and his team from Expert City Movers were excellent. We moved the day after thanksgiving and moved from a two story townhome to a 4 story condo!!!! Needless to say it was not an easy move. Obed and his team worked efficiently and expeditiously from beginning to end, and kept up a great attitude about it. We could not have done it without the excellent work of these guys.

We had a very good experience with these movers on a recent cross-town move. The team of 4 men arrived on time and were hard working. Some of the movers seemed to have very little experience packing and moving furniture and boxes. The supervisor was polite and respectful with us, and efficient and organized with his team.
We had a few casualties in the move. One of the less experienced movers dropped an antique dresser on its back. Luckily, there was minimal damage to the piece, but there was some damage to the wall that it hit. We also lost a large planter because it was inappropriately nested

Obed and his team worked tirelessly on the hottest day in August! They didn't take a break and handled everything with delicate care. Everything arrived safely and nothing was damaged. They brought plenty of supplies and were friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Anthony, John and the other 2 gentlemen were amazing! Arrived during specified window and called in advanced with their ETA. Wrapped everything in plastic wrap and was extremely careful with all our furniture and appliances. I had several very heavy pieces which were moved with skill both up and down stairs. At the end of my huge move Anthony cheerfully asked if there was anything they could move or assist my family with. We were exhausted and I was amazed how they kept their positive friendly attitude! Will use again when we build our next home!

The quoting process was fine, they got back to us in a timely manner. But the real disappointment is with the moving process. We got 2 young guys who didn't seem very well trained on best moving practices nor were they very well prepared in materials. They didn't have any mattress bags nor enough saran wrap to protect our mattresses or headboards. Luckily we had bags and bubble wrap left over from our last move so we used that. They were also going to use the dirty moving blankets to wrap our mattress but we asked them to use saran wrap, which they did but they ran out of saran wrap and

I reached out to the moving company based on yelp. I was given a direct amount per hour. I stated the time that I needed the movers. 2 guys came out to move my 2 bedroom apartment. I thought I was informed there were going to be 3 people but it didn't cause a big issue for me. They guys worked real fast and quick. They didn't try to ride the clock like I have experience in the past with another moving company. I was very please with my experience.

I have an expensive Norditrack treadmill, which the movers found convenient to stack heavier objects on top of the platform, scratching up the sides.

We just finished our move with Expert City Movers and needed to express how pleased we were with the entire experience. We've moved several times in last couple years for work, including a cross country move with one of the industry's "best movers". Expert City Movers (synonymous with Yelp name Expert Dallas Movers) surpassed them all and well never make a move again without them in our corner.

This place came in like Superman and saved me. I had a move scheduled with another place and that place went out of business the day before my move. I called 10 places and no one could get me in except Expert Dallas Movers. They sent two guys Arman and Baur to help me move. I had a lot of stuff and it took a little longer than expected but I am happy with the service. They were very nice and took good care of my stuff. Highly recommend them!!
