I hired this company to move my belongings. In the beginning, they were easy to get in touch with and very helpful. However, once I paid my first deposit and they picked up my things I have not been able to get in touch with them. It has been over a month since I have been able to get someone on the phone. All of my things were supposed to be delivered over 2 weeks ago and not a single person will answer the phone or give me a call back. They have all of my belongings and I have no idea where they are or when or IF I will ever be getting my things back.

The movers arrived on time and came prepared with all the necessary equipment. Despite these circumstances, the crew worked very efficiently. No damages and no complaints, and no unexpected charges. We researched about 10 different companies before moving forward with High End Movers, and we were pleased that we did. All three movers were polite, professional and coordinated, and scheduling was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

They were very upfront with the cost of the move in general and explained everything. Trevor and a bunch of guys received our stuff and took great care in wrapping our furniture. Paul and two guys moved in our items in TX and again were great. They did a fantastic job putting all the furniture back together. Everything came back in good condition and the guys were very careful with items, especially the fragile marked ones.

Everything miraculously fit and a week later we have no complaints of damage or missing parts. They even remembered that we had our own moving equipment and did not accidentally take our trolleys or blankets. The team was fun, upbeat, and responded to any request with grace and humor. I'd definitely recommend and rehire for the next job.

Honestly some of the best money I've ever spent! Matthew, Jake, Larry, and Carl took just 4 hours to move us out of our old place and into our house! They moved fast and wrapped all the furniture with plastic and blankets. The crew was polite and professional and even helped put the beds back together, and placed furniture in different rooms. They even put felt pads under the couches and tables so they wouldn't scratch the floors.

They were friendly and professional. My roommates were impressed with the attention to detail and care they took to protect the properties. I had 3 guys for a reasonable price. They were also very responsive and flexible. I had some last minutes issues with the new property and they worked with me to change my move date without a penalty.

They were professional, conscientious, and efficient. The entire move from start to finish only took 3 hours. The price was super affordable. They were really courteous and went above and beyond even fixing a window screen in our new place. Overall, I am very happy and will use them for my next move!

Scammers!! They will lie to you and at the end you will ends up regretting the few dollars you might have saved by hiring them. You should expect a EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people I'm charge of your stuff. My wife and I moved from Texas to Florida and it was a horrible experience. The guy who delivered our stuff was Extremely rude and threatened to not deliver our things if we didn't pay him extra cash. He also showed up with two helpers that he found on Craigslist. The high end movers did nothing about it because they are CONTRACTORS!!! They do not

DON'T waste your time or money
The initial conversation was nice however everything else was down hill.
1. The company did not call the correct number listed on paper work to pick up items
2. When movers arrived they wanted to change the price agreed on.
3. No one updated me when the furniture left Dallas.
4. No one called the day before delivery was going to arrive
-Not even a email or text
5. When I originally called the company, they said they were the shippers also. Lie! The movers were contracted and did not assemble items

Fantastic moving services !
High end movers did an outstanding job with my long distance move. My household goods and furnitures were meticulously wrapped and boxed. All of our items arrived to our new location in tip top shape. They organized the furnitures exactly how we asked them to even when we asked to make a few changes -they were polite and patient. Definitely recommended

Worth every penny spent. Tiffany the customer service manager was beyond helpful. Jhon and his team were extremely friendly, took excellent care of my belongings, and were also very thorough in their paperwork and checklist of my things. They were so quick too! Would recommend High End Movers to anyone moving.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Please do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company. We got a binding quote from Jonathan Pierce, High End Movers then brokered out our move to Great Van Lines!!! Everything Jonathan said DID NOT HAPPEN. Great Van Lines once our stuff was all loaded into the truck quoted us $4,000 MORE then what Jonathan said the price was. Then guess what? Jonathan goes MIA, won't answer any phone calls, or emails!!!
The movers left trash everywhere and did not break down our items.

They were very near impossible to get into contact with the week of my cross-country move. I did not hear from them at all and my representative didn't answer phone calls or emails all week. Her voice mailbox was full, dispatch's voice mailbox was full. I finally called the sales office to at least speak to someone and they transferred me around until I finally talked to someone... THE DAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED MOVE.

Instead of deleting this original review, I'll update it so that people can see how the great service goes out the window.
The mover called to say when he was coming to deliver my things. Like most people, that meant taking time off work, which I did. Then he calls and says he'll be late. Late became my delivery would be first thing the next day. Which of course means another day off work.
Then comes the call that the delivery would be 35 minutes past the delivery window. At almost an hour past, I call and am told they are 20 minutes out. What?? Ok.
So they finally arrive. The driver
