People move into their 1st apartment. They move into Gated Communities. Sometimes they need the piano moved across the room. Sometimes they just liked their neighbor's house better. People are not as nimble as they used to be - but the holiday decorations are in the attic. We know every move is different and every customer is different.
Our specialty as Dallas Movers is moving homes, high-rise condos and apartments. Our fleet of eight 24' bobtail moving trucks holds an average 1500 square foot home in one load. Each truck comes fully equipped with premium moving pads, dollies, tie downs, stretch wrap, floor protection and basic tools for disassembly and reassembly at no extra charge.
Our professional packers provide full service packing of an entire residence or partial packing of just a few rooms. We offer Packing and Moving, the packing services usually takes place on a day prior to moving, but sometimes can occur the same day as move. We use and sell a full line of packing supplies that are competitively priced and that can be delivered in advance of the move if needed.
Fantastic Moves can move anywhere in the vast state of Texas - we're always moving to San Antonio, Houston or Austin! We are licensed to move out of state and our team enjoys moving customers cross-country! We are an established Dallas company, and have the expertise and ability to move you anywhere in the US.

I was very happy with my moving experience with this company. We moved from a 2/2 apartment in Garland to a 3/2 house in Allen and the move took a total of about 3 hours. The moving crew was very friendly, quick and careful with our furniture and boxes. We did not need anything packed except for our TV and we also had them wrap our furniture in the shrink wrap for extra protection during the move which I definitely would recommend to prevent scratches. Other than the furniture we already had the majority of our stuff was already packed in boxes so that did save us on time. Overall I think the pricing

Let me begin by saying that Jane who works in the office was great. Let me continue by saying the two men that were sent to fix the mess that the other three men left were also wonderful. A group of four men showed up 45 minutes late to unload a 16 foot truck in The Colony into two apartments. We were required to have a fourth man because of the baby grand piano that we were moving. For half an hour ($225/hour), two men stood around while the other two tried to figure out how to put the legs on. They were not able to figure out how to put the lyre on and said that they typically don't assemble

Parrish, I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with Fantastic Moves! Louis, Chris and Jesse were Fantastic. They were right on time, joyful, polite, helpful as could be, efficient, worked as a Team and helped each other throughout the move. They were very professional and finished the entire job in record time! The final cost came in below the… estimated quote, which was also a Fanta$tic Move!

I have moved multiple times over the years. Hands down, Fantastic Moves was the best experience I have had with any move. They were exemplary on every level from office management and scheduling to individual team members who skillfully packed valuables, breakables and furniture as well as those who provided the details of loading and unloading. I give each individual I encountered on this journey an enthusiastic 5 stars!

I wouldn't use them again. Their guy Nick was great. But they sent 2 guys in their 50's to move us and it turned into an all day affair. My wife and daughter did as much work as their guys did. Then they damaged some off our things and gave us a small credit. Finally they mislead us on the price. On Monday I was told a final price over the phone but then saw my credit card charged for more. Brought it to Jane's attention.to no avail. Buyer beware!!! Also, be careful. They tell you everything can fit and then it doesn't. So they send a van and charge you more. Seems like a common

This was a difficult move from the get go. I hired Fantastic because we had used them 2 years before and had a great experience. But not so much this time. To start off the movers were over an hour late, I had to call the office to find this out, and was told there was an issue in the office. When they got to my gated community one of the drivers did not have a valid drivers license so I had to shuttle the one driver between the gate and my house so they could get both trucks to the house before they could start to work. I will say that the guy's worked really hard and did not stop for lunch

We used Fantastic Moves for a complex move with delicate antiques. This company went WAY above and beyond in easing our stress, accommodating our timeline in a hectic time of year and making sure we did not have to worry about our possessions. My wife and I recently moved from Dallas to Austin. This was the second part of a 2-part move. Sadly, a bit of a health problem didn't allow us to get quite as prepped for this final move as we'd have liked. Simply put, Fantastic Moves stepped in, and did a GREAT job. Gregory and Eric did a wonderful job, making sure that we were satisfied at every step of the way. They were, simply put, great/ Could not have asked for more.

This company was highly recommended by a long time friend in the business and he was 100% correct. They could not possibly have been better. Answered all advance questions promptly and did everything exceedingly well. The day of the move they were prompt with strong, energetic men, and they were fast and smart. Price and service was excellent.
Tip- have Ikea dimpa plastic bags ($4?) on hand for last minute items that don't have a box. Buy a bunch in advance as backup and return what you don't need. They are large and sturdy with a handle. Trust me and get a few.

I do not understand the bad reviews. When the guys showed up they wrapped all my furniture in blankets. The even took everything down 3 flights of stairs. I have moved 4 times in the last 20 years of living in the Dallas area and have used a moving service every time. By far this is the best company I have used to date. I would highly recommend them

Tl;dr: BUYER BEWARE -- Fantastic Moves was anything but fantastic!!! I would never recommend them to anyone and would warn you to steer clear. They are liars, thieves and downright awful and will do anything they can to milk you for money. They also damaged nearly EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE we own. STEER CLEAR OR THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND.

I have decided to put the last straw for this complaint first. After the move, Fantastic Movers called me to see how the experience went. When I told him I was not happy, he said he had fired one of the employees and that he was very sorry. He evidently didn't tell the owner that there was a problem. She emailed me asking me to review the company, and I told her I was VERY upset. I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIVED A RESPONSE. That was two weeks ago and THAT is why I write this review.

I recently moved from a high-rise in downtown Dallas and hired Fantastic Moves for the job. Due to the complicated nature of the move and distance between my apartment to the moving truck, I was concerned about the movers being able to manage within the allotted time. However, the crew (Drew, Sylvester and Bradley) were extremely efficient and was able to move me with no problems. They took extra care with my king size bed and mirrored furniture, making sure those items were well-protected. Once they moved me into my new home, they made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted, boxes

Fantastic Moves is a great moving company. Both times that I moved they were 2 hours on the dot. The movers don't take their time and hustle throughout the move. Both of my movers were actually running up and down the stairs. Even items that were difficult to move were moved in an efficient manner into a 3 story townhome.
I will continue to use Fantastic Moves due to the great service, competitive cost, and speed!
