Woke up to a hot house and a failed AC. Reached out to several companies on here and Steve (the owner) was the first one to respond. His message wasn't just a quick response to my question like the others I received after, but came with genuine care for our situation. Kurt and his 2 buddies just left our home. They were here for over 6 hours replacing and installing all new equipment, from furnace to condenser, to new duct and numerous fidgeting with our "old equipment". Completely seamless process, each knowing his specific job and then helping others as needed. These guys were friendly, efficient, cordial and knowledgeable. Our A/C unit went down and we contacted Advanced Heating and Air. Denise was super quick to respond and get us on the schedule during a heatwave! Steve (owner) came out for the repair. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job and even found a second issue that a previous company missed!! EXCELLENT service and we'll definitely be using them for our future HVAC needs.

These guys have saved me a lot of money. Home inspection guy told me I needed several things done. Had Ryan & team out, explained the issues, and explained they weren't a big deal, and gave me thing things to look for if they do become issues.
They replaced a furnace board for me many years ago, too, fantastic service. Couldn't ask for better help.

4 years ago we contacted this company for an AC problem we were having. They came and made necessary repairs and we loved them. Fast forward to 2021, we found that we needed to replace our whole system. We knew exactly who to call! We had to have our AC/Furnace systems completely replaced and these guys AGAIN, we're amazing! Fair pricing and quick instillation! They got the job done in 4 hours and were so efficient. Talk about "divide and concur!" 4 men showed up and I could have sworn there were at least 12 of them! They worked so quickly and no one stopped moving the entire time

I had called and scheduled a simple pm service call for my furnace. Essentially I didn't know where the filter is for my unit so I wanted them to let me know where it went, put one in, and conduct the basic preventative maintenance which is 85$ and includes filter replacement. They did not notify me when they were on their way so I got a call as they were at my door. I let them know I was 10min out. They wanted to reschedule so I gave them the door code so they could start and not reschedule. When I got home, 15min later they were outside putting things away at their truck. Said all done,

This company is 5 stars! They provided sound advice with price options. The crew are hard workers with courteous service. They pay attention to details and problem solvers. We replaced an aging 17 year HVAC with a new system. What a difference can hardly tell the unit is on! Made significant in the entire system! My wife called them to come out in July to fix a condensate leak issue with our unit. They were here for about 45 minutes, they cleared out the condensate line. In that time they also insulted my wife, dogs, and baby, but I'm pretty sure they didn't know I could hear them talking in the hallway.

So of course my AC goes out on the hottest weekend of all time while I had out of town visitors. I requested a quote through Yelp, and Steve responded quickly. He set up an appointment for me within two days. Which was pretty good considering the demand for home AC service.
Steve came out like he said he would, and completed the repair quickly. I had a pretty good idea of what the issue was, and he confirmed what I suspected. He replaced the needed part, and was very friendly.
