broke items in front of my eyes mishandling them. Every item we had stored with them was damaged in one way or the other. Even delivered items which didn't belong to us , as of now not sure if we were paying for storing someone else's items. If you go with them make sure to buy the complete coverage as that is the mistake I did.

I had an office move done by NCS services and it went very smoothly and timely. Things that I thought would be impossible to move were moved by the crew members with ease, as if they had done it before. The leads were extremely helpful when I had a question and they offered great advice. Their crew was also very knowledgeable on installations and repairs which ended up being really convenient for me. I would say make sure you have everything packed and labeled before they get there, or else it makes the move go on for longer and more hectic.

I had a wonderful experience working with NCS Moving Services. A mutual friend referred me to NCS as I was planning a move from the Bay Area to Oregon. I called to inquire about costs, etc.. and found out the NCS usually tries to focus on commercial, or larger space, moves and tries to stick to moves from point A to point B that are generally the same area. I was bummed because my mutual friend had hyped them up so much, but figured I would continue my search as I had given myself some time to figure this out before the big move day.

I used NCS in Spring of 2014 for a move from Emeryville. It was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. Our apartment was 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and we had just about everything packed up and moved into our living room (next to the front door) so to make it as easy as possible for the 2 NCS movers.
I rented a truck so all we needed was their help moving everything down the elevator into the truck. Pretty simple. I had even gotten up early and already made several trips down so we were making great progress by the time they showed up at 9am. When they arrived, I asked them if we could

My move itself went fine, but the packing was a disaster.
I scheduled NCS to pack parts of my house (kitchenware, etc.) the day before the move. I got the impression they forgot about the packing when nobody showed up the morning before, so I contacted them, and they sent a couple of guys over. The guys did not bring any boxes and quickly ran out of packing paper. They worked for an hour or two, and then said they had to leave to go to another job and would come back later.
I got a call later that day saying they'd come early the next day to finish packing instead. I said fine. They

Six years after I initially used NCS, I was back with a smaller but trickier move. To make it more interesting, I had to postpone a day because of a family emergency. No matter -- Hamid and Oscar rolled with it, and the next day, George and Charly came and moved some very bulky pieces through some narrow entryways, without scratching or denting anything. They took it on like a puzzle -- if it doesn't fit this way, let's try that way. They were fantastic at communicating both to me and to each other, so that they didn't drop anything or create any surprises.

NCS Movers did a great job on a double move for us. NCS came out on short notice to give us an estimate for the move, told us how many guys and hours it would take and the price was very competitive. They communicated well prior to our move, were careful with our furnishings and worked non-stop until the truck was loaded and ready for the move to our new place. They unloaded and set up our furniture and put everything exactly where we wanted them. They finished the double move by taking everything to storage and kept within budget as promised. Highly recommend using them for your moving needs
