The team arrived on time, were really nice and nothing got broken! Sweet Lemon explained the process and how estimates work in California. Using the information they gave me, what I ended up paying was very close to what I expected. The team was very professional and nice. Nothing got damaged and the whole move took about as long as I thought it would. They also arrived on time!

Did a video walk through with Farzi for my 3 bedroom move. He recommended a crew of 5 with 2 trucks and followed up with a quote. Their pricing was very competitive compared to the other 7 or 8 moving companies that also have 5 star ratings on yelp.

Calling Sweet Lemon and getting a quote was easy and made sense. The fees and rates were well explained and seem to be average for the industry.
We paid an hourly rate and a piano fee. It was simple.
The movers showed up on time, acted efficiently and fast. They took great care of our stuff, wrapped and taped, disassembled beds and put everything back together in the new place. The bill was exactly what we'd been told and they even took off the lunch break.

The crew did a great job. Marco was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we needed, checked in with us frequently, and did a great job leading the crew. Because we weren't sure what was in the boxes, they actually checked with us on each box to see where we wanted to put things. That was very helpful and we appreciated their accommodating us.

I was driving across the bridge when I saw the moving truck and made a mental note to save their number, glad I did, because it was such a seamless job this morning When Eduardo and his crew showed up on time to move my items to my new space . I was worried that my super nice pieces would be damaged but they really took care of the furniture with tons of plastic wrap, blankets and tape. The job was about 2.5 hrs and honestly , I won't ever go back to moving my own stuff again plus they were really a friendly crew too, I would use them again next time I need a move.

I have used Sweet Lemon three times now and have referred them to friends for their moves as well. Farzi is awesome and super helpful.
He also gave my friend who was moving his stuff from Texas some great advice. They don't do cross-state moves today, but he spent a good amount of time giving us recommendations.

I did A LOT of research before going with Sweet Lemon and I'm glad I did because the service was great! I needed some furniture and boxes moved from my home in Oakland to a storage unit and Issa and Jose did a great job! The were on time, very fast, thorough, efficient, and friendly. They got everything wrapped up in moving blankets and plastic wrap and completed the move in less than 2 hours! I will definitely be using Sweet Lemon Moving again.

First, the booking was very easy and the pricing up front. You know going in exactly what everything will cost and there was no last minute changes. It was also a very reasonable rate, much better than the other service I got a quote from.
Second, Marco and his team were hard working and very friendly and made a stressful event as easy as possible. Our couch almost didn't fit through the door in the new apartment, but they didn't give up and finally prevailed!
I'm incredibly happy with the experience, they really made moving practically painless.

Marco and his crew really made our move as smooth as possible! Our move had two pick-up points at my place and then my boyfriend's, and then the final destination. They handled it no problem. They arrived exactly on time. They were professional and moved very fast. I also asked them to move my sisters furniture into the room I vacated and they were able to do it pretty quickly. We were worried the truck was too small to fit everything when we were at my boyfriend's, but Marco and his team managed to fit everything in!! Farzi was very helpful in the virtual estimate. The final price was incline with that initial estimate and much more affordable than other companies I spoke with. On moving day, Juan and his crew were incredibly professional, organized and accommodating. They were extremely careful moving our things and didn't leave any dings on our freshly painted walls. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Sweet Lemon Moving!

Grain of salt here since I had not worked with moving services before. The move took all day for a one bedroom apartment. They charged hourly (go figure) and only had two guys working basically at a snail's pace. I was pretty disappointed and stressed and we did a lot of the moving ourselves just to speed things up. Ended up costing way more than we thought it would and taking over 8 hours.

We'd been shopping around for movers for our Emeryville to Burbank move and saw a Sweet Lemon truck on the freeway one day. As luck would have it they were incredibly detailed, responsive, and well-priced.
They kept us informed and reassured leading up to the move, answering all of our questions quickly.

Amazing crew, super helpful and kind guys! We have moved an average of every 1.5 years for the last 10 years including two transatlantic moves with shipping containers. I've tried a lot of movers and this is top two (the other one was in LA and cost an insane amount).

Used Sweet Lemon couple weeks ago to move from Lake Merritt to Burlingame. Highly recommend. They were fast, efficient and friendly. 3 guys showed up (thought I'd only get 2 so that was a plus). I had a 1 br/1,000 sq feet and it took just under 6 hrs but we lost about 45min while they repaired the elevators that stopped working 30min in (of course!). Paid 140/hr plus 85 surcharge. I'd compared rates with 2 others and it was standard. I got a very quick reply by phone and I could tell they were really organized and on top of it. Sweet Lemon is, by far, one of the best moving services I've ever used. Right from the beginning, the communication was incredibly fast and they confirmed my appointment quickly. On the day of my move, 3 movers - Francisco, Mario, and Odair showed up on time and in masks and with incredible attitudes. They were a great crew.
