Twin Pines Ford has been amazing. Our daughter had her eye on a specific car and she wanted to use our own credit union to finance. Great experience! Sean was awesome and prompt with answering my questions. I had a test drive scheduled same day, and the transaction was finalized quickly. The dealership is clean and welcoming. They are very easy to work with. I’ve been there twice and brought my boyfriend to get his car as well. My most recent experience was amazing. My husband and I took our 4 month old son to Twin Pine Ford to purchase a new family vehicle. We worked with Adam and Ryan who made the experience amazing. Very family friendly! A very nice car buying experience. The no haggle price was fare the car is great. Ryan was the salesperson I worked with I poked around the car for an hour checking different things. Long story short: Stay away from this place, their service department is not good, they fix one thing, break something else. If you want more details read the rest.
Definitely stay away from the service department, not sure about the sales as I have not dealt with them. I brought in my car to be serviced for warranty work, brought in a car in good condition where everything worked fine. Had a car returned with a dead battery, asked for a replacement as I got stranded 2-3 times after picking it up and they said they need to run tests. Next day the battery blows up and I have acid all over my engine

Really can't say enough about how terrific this place is. Came to just look at a car and 90 minutes later walked out with one! Very professional, efficient, and friendly service by salesman Sean and finance person Jason. They really went out of their way to make it easy. I had a transmission leak and stopped in to see if I could have it looked at unannounced . The service adviser told me that I'd have to schedule an appointment - understandable ! So I started the application , year , make etc ... He then stated that they'd have to put a fluorescent dye and it would be $150.00 plus tax I asked what was the date for this was an external leak on the transmission He stated that that's what they do for transmission leaks being out of town for 150 I said it was worth it then he asked me what engine do I have in my 250 super duty I told him a 6.0 diesel

Worst service dept ever! I bought a Ford F-150 at another dealership. According to the CarFax it has remote start. Since I don't seem to have it, I went to Twin Pines service and was directed to the service manager. Using my fob he determined it didn't have remote start. I asked if they could put it on the computer to see if there was a hook up for it. He went to another mechanic, looked at him, then came back to me and said they can't do that. He had an pissy attitude that I bought the truck elsewhere. Will bring my business elsewhere that it's appreciated.

Sales Rep very nice. Finance guy attempted to sell me a $6k warranty , presented this as only $560 and I asked several time if this was a 1 time payment and yes-too good to be true. Went to sign the docs and lots of extra numbers of 2999 , 859, 1149 etc. Nope, then explained that was the NEW car pmnt he was pointing out, not the price of the warranty. No longer as welcoming to me when I stripped all warranty's from the contract. Got my 3 yr old QX60 home to realize it had new non matching tires on the back. In short: There was at least a liter of water in the weather floor mat of the water, as well as underneath it soaking into the carpet. Adam accused my adult brother of spilling his water. Which was funny, because my brother's water was sitting on Adam's desk. Not to mention we had been at the car for maybe 30 seconds. Stay away from their service department. I brought my escape in for an oil change and they said they would do an inspection. I decided to do both. They said the wing bolts need to be replaced to pass inspection. I did that, cost a few hundred.
Next they listed recommended fixed totally around $5000. They said the oil pan was leaking, recommended new tires, new brakes etc. I ended up going to another dealership and they inspected everything and they laughed and said it was fine. Came across Twin Pine Ford because I saw their add for tires. Called them and I spoke to Hans and he gave me a quote on tires that I wanted and it was $150 less than Tirerack.com installed (with tires installed from my mechanic). They sell their tires at dealer cost plus $1 and their install is basically only $20 for all 4s (this is their disposal fee, more than others but I'm not complaining). I drove 50 minutes away but for $150 I'll drive here every time for tires. The service was quick and their waiting room relaxing with cushiony chairs. They provide free water, coffee, soda, chips

When for an alignment after 3 hours was told it's good. I drove 200 feet it was not. After another 90 minutes,I was told it needs control arms. Went to another shop was done in 30 minutes,with NO control arms. Guy said they didn't touch the alignment!!! They did refund my money BUT time wasted and aggravation late for work were not!!
