Cannot speak more highly of Young and Sons. They went out of their way to figure out my furnace problem and explained all issues in detail so I could make an informed decision. I was out os state and my furnace died mid winter. I am currently warm and more than satisfied with the service I received. They even made a follow up visit to meet me in person. I contacted Pam at Young & Sons as we were in the market for a new furnace and central air. Jim Young promptly came to our home and shortly after we received a proposal with several options to choose from. We choose the 96% high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. The quality and neatness of the installation surpassed our expectations. We had our a/c and furnace replaced in August. We could not be happier with our new system. The whole experience was so easy and we never felt like we were being sold anything we did not need. The crew and staff at Young and Sons were polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and did a very nice job. The install is clean and looks great. All around a trustworthy company and excellent workmanship.
