Schwantes is always a reliable local company. I have them perform annual maintenance of my furnace and air conditioning units and always appreciate the realiable, professional service they provide. Mike did a great job with this year's furnance tune up -- on a furnace I had Schwantes install three years ago (that I'm very happy with). He made a number of adjustments, cleaned several parts, and made great notes in the invoice records so I had details for how the unit was performing (which is nice to have beyond just a verbal "everything's OK"). Overall great service!

I scheduled a seasonal boiler tune up in a house we just moved into over the summer. Schwantes was recommended by a friend. I received a call before the appt. communicating the service tech, Joe L., was on the way and on time. Never having radiator heat before I was interested to learn from Joe about my system. Joe was courteous and professional. He encouraged me to learn more about my radiator system as he performed the tune-up and offered seasonal maintenance tips. I will continue to use them in the future and thank them for great service.

Our furnace went out on Thanksgiving eve and was unrepairable. We called Friday AM and Schwantes had a tech over shortly and a new furnace in that Friday. They were honest, professional, and safe. It was an easy and seamless process. We are very appreciative of their team for working overtime on a holiday to get us up and running-keeping our family safe and warm.

3 year old boiler stopped working on a Saturday. I called the business that installed our system (new build) was told I would have to wait 5 weeks for a boiler guy to be available. This was on 11/19 they could get a guy to me on 12/24.
No emergency visit on a boiler! Suggested I call around. I did and Rockney was on call. I can’t say enough about how professional and kind he was! Someone could come out immediately or on Monday! Thank you Schwantes!!!!!

We bought our hi efficiency furnace from Schwantes some years ago, and have had them come out every year for it's annual tune-up. They are very responsive, professional and always on time. When it comes time for a replacement for our furnace and AC unit Schwantes will be my first call! Highly recommend.

My whole experience with Schwantes was great. The salesman walked me through the equipment and payment options, and answered all my questions. Service personnel arrived on time and performed their work efficiently and professionally. All the new equipment was explained to me, and the areas in which they worked were perfectly clean when they left. I would recommend Schwantes highly!

Just had a new furnace and AC installed. Rock was our technician. He went above and beyond. He re-ran the drainage in a new location as well. Could not be happier with the quality of work. The area is cleaner than before he started. Answered all of our question. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best! We have a rather unique split, through the wall, air conditioning system. This requires ordering special parts, with long delivery time. Dave kept us informed on status and explained the situation.
Once delivery came, we immediately were notified and scheduled for the next day.
The technicians, Brian and Pat were very professional and courteous. First thing they did after introducing themselves was to cover the area with tarps and wore shoe coverings until that was completed.
They worked diligently, really knew their stuff and answered all our questions.

Woke up to a cold house. No heat. Called Schwantes at 8:20 AM. 9:00 AM Chris B. was at my door and he had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Chris was very personable, efficient, and answered all our questions. And the price was very reasonable. We had Schwantes out last year for an A/C problem and we were so happy with the service we knew right away who to call to today. Thanks Chris. A
