Royal Mechanical is a certified female owned mechanical and plumbing contractor. We are a privately owned company founded in 1998. Our plumbers, pipefitters and sheet metal workers are union trained and educated. Royal Mechanical originated in Woodbury, Minnesota and quickly outgrew our space so we relocated to our current location in Stillwater, Minnesota.
As a service company we place emphasis on preventive maintenance of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Royal Mechanical's HVAC maintenance will provide you with greater system function and reliability while improving your system efficiency and reducing expensive system breakdowns.
Our experienced staff has installed and serviced many different types of heating equipment from small residential systems up to large schools, office complexes, hi rise apartments, manufacturing plants andmore. Commercially, we also service and install unit heaters, roof top units, boilers, make up air units, inferred tube heaters and so much more.
Royal Mechanical's experienced technicians have installed and serviced systems from small split systems for residential use up to large split systems and package units for schools, churches, manufacturing plants, hotels, apartments and hi-rises. Our EPA certified technicians have also installed a wide range of chillers for building air conditioning.
Royal Mechanical's EPA certified technicians have installed and serviced many different types of refrigeration equipment from small reach-in freezers and coolers up to warehouse refrigeration systems that handle up to 18 railroad cars at a time. When my HVAC equipment started running into trouble, I called Royal Mechanical to look at it. They diagnosed that the issues we were experiencing were from damaged incurred from a hailstorm. I was not even aware this had happened until they brought it to my attention. They were very helpful in the process and had great customer service. Avoid this business, there are better and cheaper options out there. We needed a quote to replace the venting on an old water heater. Royal showed up a half hour late, looked at the set up for about 10 minutes and left. Later they gave a real confusing quote over text for fixing it, but it was $1,500 more than other companies. Finally, they sent a bill for almost $400 for coming out for 10 minutes to look at it. They dropped the bill down a little after we questioned it, but they were very difficult to work with through the process.

I'd like to thank Cal for the excellent service at my office. We had hot spots, cold spots and for years couldn't seem to regulate the 3 thermostats. Add 15 women and there was constant complaining. He worked to get all areas of the facility control over the temp. without fans and open windows in the winter, sweaters year round, etc...
