We constantly have people coming and going, which means that between each stay we need the house cleaned and cleaned on a tight schedule.

These cleaners came twice. The first time they did great. I contracted for 2 people for 2 hours. The next time they came they showed up late in the afternoon and stayed for 45 minutes. So many things were not done and the quality was definitely sub par compared to the first time. When you pay $120 for a 1200 sq ft house you definitely want it cleaned. When I told Maria what I thought she said I will tell the girls for next time, and that she had sent three people. I will not be calling them again.

I found Maria Silva through the professional services website Thumbtack. After interviewing 3 housecleaning companies, I settled on Maria's. Her pricing was fair and she was willing to use my fragrance-free, non-toxic cleaning products. She cleans the house once a week and is always friendly and happy. She does a wonderful job cleaning even around my two cats and small dog. She works hard and the house always looks fresh and clean when she is done. I trust her, like her a lot and could not ask for better!
