Crossroads Ford "AT HOME" is available to anyone within 30 miles of Apex, NC. A member of Crossroads Ford staff will bring any vehicle to your home or office for an on-site test drive.

Shopper also has the option of keeping the vehicle in their possession for 24-hours for an extended test drive; extended test drives should be requested in advance; shopper must provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance before taking possession of the vehicle for the designated 24 hours; customer will sign a $0 cost, 24 hour rental agreement for said vehicle and will be responsible for any damages to the vehicle while in their possession; maximum of 100 miles driven within 24 hours and vehicle is authorized for normal use only; shopper is not permitted to use vehicle for anything other than transportation- no towing, hauling, multi passenger transporting or any other use besides normal personal travel.

I have been having service issues with Crossroads Ford in Apex and called to ask for all of the service records from my visits. My car is a 2020 Explorer so there are not a lot of records. I was told that they would not send them to me and that the only way I can get them is to come to the dealership to meet a manager who would give them to me. I was told they do not like to fax or email them because records can be to large to send that way so I suggested mailing them to me which was also declined. I was told a manager would call me to discuss the issue and to date I have not received a call. I

I wish there was another Ford dealership I could take my vehicle to because every time I come here for service, I always leave frustrated, disappointed, and let down.
Some background: I work out of this van, so all of my tools and equipment are onboard. It’s extremely inconvenient and time consuming to rent another vehicle and move everything from this van to the rental if I have to leave the van for service more than a couple of days.
Safety recall and transmission problems. I scheduled this appointment at the same time as a 2 week vacation for them to do all the work.

Once again the service department took care of my F250 Platinum warranty issue efficiently and without hassle. It was very good to work with Bert Wendling as he handled the diesel truck with experience and care like it was his own. He even found a T.S.B. that was causing issues with my seats, and fixed them both while I came in for the front sensor issue. I had been battling this issue over a year with Wake Forest without resolution in 8 visits. APEX took care of me in 2 due to ordering parts, and I went ahead and paid them for my oil change as gratitude. They run their service department in a
