Roderick was amazing! He helped my husband and I build our perfect GLS450. He made the process so easy. He kept us updated as the vehicle was being built, and once it arrived, he saw that it was ready for pickup right away. He also took the time to walk me through the vehicle and show me how to operate all the different systems. And he even called the very next day to make sure we were happy with it. Everyone else we interacted at the dealership was also very friendly and helpful. This dealership has customer service at its finest! Highly recommend Roderick!

I brought my vehicle in for service on New Year’s Eve. My service advisor, Daniel Rollins, made the whole process as smooth as possible. He already had everything ready, including a loaner car, and had me in and out in no time. He kept me updated with the work and recommendations the technician had made. I had told Daniel I was going out of town and he delivered on his promise that it would be done and detailed by the next business day. Great job all around.

Very friendly and accommodating. I stoped by to get my tire pressure balanced. It turned out that I needed a new tire. Jeff Carter took care of my tire, and I had another appointment for later date for inspection and he took care of that and saved me a trip. He had to stay a bit longer than their closing time, but he was very professional about it. Very pleasant experience.

Hendrick automotive is a class organization. The Durham Mercedes dealership is no exception. The sales Mgr David and salesman Jon were very polite and informative. They listened to my concerns and questions and everything was resolved in a positive manner

This five-star review is for Daniel Rollins Mercedes-Benz of Durham southpoint. Daniel was extremely helpful in taking care of my car he made sure I was comfortable he gave me snacks and made sure I had a ride back to my house and when my car was ready he had a driver to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership to retrieve
my car and while my car was being service he reached out to me on a regular to let me know when my car will be ready. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and service people and Daniel trumps them all thanks Daniel .

Just purchased a 2014 E 350 from here, my sales assistant was Roderick Longino. All I can say is WOW...he made the buying experience very entertaining and fun. He is compassionate about his job and his customers.
The facility was amazing very clean and all the employees were friendly and attentive.
My experience here was top notch and I do thank all that was involved in my purchase.
I travelled an hour and a half to do business here and surely would do it again!!!

I purchased my first Mercedes (but not from a Mercedes dealer), 6 weeks after purchase, I took my car in for service that was due. Jeff at Mercedes Benz in Durham went ABOVE and BEYOND! Not only did they have my scheduled service done promptly and without any inconvenience to myself, they also replaced the master windshield switch. The customer service is AMAZING!
