So we found the prefect car at Apex Imports which was 3 and 1/2 hours away from where we live. Michael McNabb was our salesman and I must say he was an absolute pleasure to work with!!!! He worked wonders to get our monthly payments exactly where we wanted them to be! He even took the extra mile by making arrangements with the manager to hold the car for 5 days when we weren’t able to travel right away!!! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Tesla! Landy provided great customer service, 10/10. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the process relatively stress free. I was apprehensive about the no haggle method at first, but now I likely won’t purchase any other way.
The only thing I’d mention is the detailing wasn’t the greatest. There was still dog hair and dust/dirt in the car and the wheels weren’t cleaned along with some other minor details. I spend a few hours the next day cleaning it properly. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

Never got to buy the car because I waited 3 weeks for it to be 'serviced' and ready for the sale. Was 100% ready to buy the car and they finally called for me to come by and get it.... but they sold it within 2 hours even after telling me they'd hold it.
Each time I'd call the receptionist was very very nice and as helpful as possible but once transferred to a sales person they answer very unprofessionally. I had a very good experience from start to finish. Manny, was my sales associate, who did above average, finance also was above average, service again was above average! The whole staff were very friendly and professional.
Okay, the few drawbacks were in my opinion not the way I would have let the vehicle leave the lot. Number 1, the vehicle had been inspected, oil changed, brakes done, safety issues were handled, but my issues were if you're already going through everything why not take a few more steps and make it top notch? Cabin filter needed to be replaced, air filter too, kind of important

This was the best experience ive ever had at a dealership! Alexis Jones provided amazing service over the phone before I even stepped into the dealership! Mohammad was my salesman and he did a wonderful job explaining the car and answering all of our questions. I could not be happier with my vehicle purchase from Apex Imports. Liam Mahoney made the purchase process so easy and quick. I spent many months looking between private owners and dealerships and when I was torn between two cars Liam had a lot to do with my final decision. Crazy AMAZING service!! From the moment I walked in, the greeters were professional. Eli, especially helped me and listen to everything I wanted. I actually went in to see a Lexus NX, however -when I walked into their showroom, I saw a Mercedes convertible. That was WAY out of my price range. Eli noticed that I loved it & mentioned, they had another Mercedes convertible, that was a little older, but in mint condition. We test drove both cars, and I fell in love with it.

I ran into many lies with this dealership. I was told they went through the car, oil change, air filter. I believed them until I went home and checked for myself. Oil was blacker than black. Air filter was caked in dirt. I was told I was going to get a 12k mile dealer warranty and realized after I walked out of the finance office that we never even talked about it. So I went back in and he pretended like he forgot. Kahu is something they install on your battery and is worthless do not sign the paper on it it's 100 they add onto the car. There was a 1500+ mile discrepancy between the advertised and actual mileage. When I asked the rep about it, he said it's because of test drives. Thank you for insulting my intelligence. I told him no way there are 1500 miles worth of test drives in that period. Later I found a temporary registration that didn't work out for some reason. The rep acknowledged it, confirming he knew and lied about it. It was a stupid lie since it wouldn

Landy, one of the sales associates at Hannah Apex, was extremely helpful. He had extensive knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at (not an easy thing considering the variety at this dealership). An important aspect of this interaction was honesty. Landy disclosed a small cosmetic issue with the vehicle in question. This was something that I had not noticed and that he could have kept a secret. That is above and beyond in my opinion. To sum up, a great experience for me and a sale for them.
