The moving experience was quick and easy with Mario and Hugo at the wheel! They were fast while being careful and considerate of more delicate items. I would highly recommend using Move 4 Less (all of the logistics were smooth) and hopefully you are lucky enough to be assigned Mario and Hugo!

Nearly every piece of furniture was damaged.
Beware!!!! They make you pay cash before you receive your furniture because they know that way you cannot dispute a charge.
I was rushed to sign the contract on their iPad and never offered extended protection for my personal items. Do yourself a favor and carefully read the fine print in the contract.
Now I have to file a claim with a third party company I will be lucky to get 60 cents per pound per damaged item.
Take my 75inch tv as an example… it will cost me about 3k to replace it, but I will get what? $100 for it?

Could never recommend this business. Move seemed to be going well until they dropped my power reclining loveseat off the back of the truck. I happened to be standing there and saw it happen. They continued to load my belongings. When we got to my destination, I tried the one side of the loveseat and it would not recline properly. I pointed this out to the driver and he and his helper turned the loveseat over and agreed two legs were broken off. They claimed they were taking pictures for their boss and they would probably contact the manufacturer to see if they could order replacement parts

Best moving experience ever! The team was quick and efficient, and so kind. They disassembled and reassembled furniture, got everything set up, boxes in the right rooms. Not even a scuff was left on a walk, even with a very tight stairwell. I will always recommend!

Choosing this moving company was the absolute worst decision I’ve ever made. Not only were they difficult to work with, impossible to contact, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional, they also treated my belongings like trash. EVERY piece of my furniture was broken or damaged. Glasses, dishes, and my cherished Christmas decorations were broken and completely destroyed.

On September 30, 2021, the company's delivery truck illegally
trespassed on my front yard and damaged my front yard
synthetic turf and my front steps. The driver of the truck, Sergio
Salgado, committed hit and run without stopping and left the
scene. The trucking company's claim handler, Iris Amaya, after
initially reply a few email, dragged out the response beyond 3
weeks and stopped communication and did not provide the
insurance information. A police report has since been filed, event
number LLV211000001257. A SR-1 form with DMV has been filed
to notify DMV of the hit and run case

Maggie the estimator did a great job selling me on Move4less, an unethical company.
Because I believed her, I then trusted Move4less, and I don't want anyone to experience what I have: Because I liked and trusted Maggie the estimator for Move4less, 10 pieces of my expensive beautiful furniture is now seriously damaged, and still not repaired.
A large sum of cash was taken from my handbag, and the only person in my home during that time frame, was the Driver for Move4less. I filed a Police Report with the local Police Department.

Move4less Las Vegas movers used Seram wrap to wrap the three wall units. They picked up on 7/21/2021, and let the furniture sit in the truck under Las Vegas high heat of 110°F, delivered to So. Call on the next day. Apparently the wrap melted under the heat, and peeled off the paint when unwrapping. We finally noticed when we started to unpack.
Their customer service turned a dead ear to my complaint. All three wall units were ruined.
I would not recommend them.

I don't like to have to write this review, because the foreman for our move was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately the moving experience with the rest of his crew was so bad that other consumers have to be made aware. We purchased a "full move" which included packing. In short, the service was disastrous.
Our possessions were treated with total carelessness. Objects appeared to have been simply thrown into wardrobe boxes - heavy objects were stacked five feet deep on top of glassware, keepsakes, books. Expensive heels were broken, mashed out of shape. Books were folded

If this review was just based off of scheduling, communication, and how quickly I got my items it would have been a solid 5 star review.
Maggie was great, she was able to come out same day to get us an estimate and we were able to get the move scheduled for two days later.
Sadly, many of our items on this long haul move were damaged or ruined. My mistake for not purchasing the additional insurance. Obviously I had misplaced confidence that my items would be packed well and transported carefully.
Extremely disappointed.
