I highly recommend Adam’s Apple Tree Service. They have trimmed our trees at two properties and have done a fantastic job. They make informed recommendations on how to preserve the health of your trees and work quickly and efficiently. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent. When they trimmed the trees at our rental property, they thoughtfully cut and stacked the trimmed firewood for our tenants. These are lovely folks to work with!

I would highly recommend this business. A tree fell and damaged my roof and they were willing to come on a Saturday to remove the tree. They continued to work even though it started raining so I could get the roofers to come out on Monday to fix the hole. They charged a fair price and did quality work. I will definitely use them again.

I interviewed 3 other Tree Trimming Services & they were by far the most professional as well as reasonable pricing. I referred several of my neighbors here in Steiner Ranch & we all have been very happy with their service.

Charley, their arborist, came out once to assess the work needed and give me a quote then again (at my request) to clarify the details. The quote included a diagram that clearly laid out the scope of work. The crew arrived as scheduled, performed the work in challenging conditions (tight spaces), completed the scope of work, cleaned up thoroughly, and were very good at what they do. I will need another tree removed in a year or two and have complete confidence in Adam's Apple Tree Service to do the work.

Adam's Apple has come out twice now to my house to do small and large jobs. My house was a rent house for years before I moved back into it and the yard had been neglected, as is wont with rental homes. Then I had a very big tree split in half and narrowly miss hitting both the house and the garage. Yikes! Adam's Apple gave me a clear, fair estimate, had good communications and both times the teams have been incredibly friendly and really went above and beyond the scope. The job was well done. They cut my large Sycamore tree and trimmed what needed to be trimmed. They came on time and finished on time.
The area after the work was perfectly cleaned up.
I am waiting for the stump grinding part to complete the review.
A small issue, my backyard door was a bit damaged during the process, I am waiting for the company to get back to me on what is the process to fix it.

I've used them for years! I got their name from my parents! They are not a huge company but they do quality work. I like it that I can arrange the work to be done and it's done while I'm at work! I came home from work and it was amazing! My home looked fantastic without all the low hanging limbs!

I've worked with the team at Adams Apple for over 8 years and love them! They are always responsive and on time. I recently had them out to my house again to knock out some trimming and was amazed on what a difference it makes to have a great tree company.

This company is wonderful! I have used them a couple of times and will use them again. The owner came to my house, looked over the tree I needed cut back, gave me a more then fair bid and then I got on their schedule.

These guys are always fast and efficient and I feel that when they come to my house, I have nothing to worry about. They are super nice and clean up after themselves when done to the point that you'd never know they were there.... Except my tree looks better now then before. :o)

We hired Adams Apple to cut down two dying trees on our property. They were by far the most affordable (ABC estimated more than $1000 higher!). They said the job would take one day so we scheduled it.

In the end, they did the job be it stretched out over three days and the workers damaged some of our property. The owner came out on a Saturday to view the damage and they began taking action immediately to repair everything.

All in all, I think I would hire them again because the staff is nice and easy to contact.

Charley (the owner) came out promptly, answered all my questions and gave me his professional recommendation and a quote on the spot. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to set an appointment to have the work done within the week. The crew arrived and were professional, courteous and left my property in the same or better condition than when they arrived (they also hauled off a pile of other tree/landscaping trimmings). I have been using them for several years. I called them as I do every year for the yearly maintenance. However I was informed after scheduling them that they would not be available. It seems that now they are too busy to do yearly maintenance. I was informed they havent done this service for the past several years. However, this is the first year that they did not come out when I scheduled them. They are obviously too big and unorganized. Maybe when they lose all their business they will squeeze me in for a trim job. Meanwhile I will move on to a company that wants my business.

Eppy and his crew came out about 5 years ago, and remembered my house and even my preferences when he came out again recently to trim my large oak trees. He has a knack for knowing how to shape a canopy, and how to encourage trees to grow a certain way over time through proper trimming. The crew is thorough, and they listen to specific requests.

Ignorant

At the moment, Adam's Apple Tree Service is lifting limbs to make way for street work.
They are breaking branches instead of cutting them, and in other places leaving 2" cut oak limbs without spraying the cuts. This is on oak trees in a neighborhood ridden with oak wilt. I'm disappointed the city of Rollingwood does not use a better service. My attempts to discuss this with the tree work supervisor were waved off.
