One of our 100 yr old live oaks had a large branch that was rubbing against our roof. I called Vista because we needed to get it cut before another storm rolled in. I spoke with Justin in the morning and his crew came out later that same day. I was a little apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised. There was quite a lot that needed to be cut and I was concerned with the way it would look after it was cut back. I couldn’t be happier with the way my tree looks. Justin did an incredible job. Justin and his crew did an amazing job removing a tree from our front yard that died after this year's freeze. We contacted him on a Saturday, and he responded within a couple hours. I sent him a picture of the tree to be removed (about 40-50ft tall). He gave a reasonable price and said he could come right away. He showed up about 30 minutes later, and they were done in about 2.5 hours. They cleaned everything up and were nothing but courteous the entire time. He exceeded our expectations by completing our request in an extremely timely manner and with professionalism. I would definitely use them

We cannot say enough about this company! A massive storm rolled through Burnet the Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend and took out a huge oak limb at the lake house. (Of COURSE it had to be a holiday weekend!) Luckily it did not do any damage to where it fell next to the guest house nor the vehicles that were in the driveway; however, there were renters there for the weekend, so we needed to act fast.

I’m totally impressed with the service Justin and his crew provided! We had a fallen tree on our property and I decided to give Vista Tree Service a try due to great customer reviews online. We had an estimate within 20 minutes and the crew was out a few hours later. I’m not often impressed but these guys were great! They provided a fair estimate, had great communication, kept me posted on the progress, and completely cleaned up. It was as if the tree never existed! Great first impression! We’ll definitely use them again!

I needed a tree trunk for a project and Justin was really helpful, quick, and efficient about getting one that would get me started. I messaged him and he got the job done same day. Now I’m looking to start a project and have plans to get another trunk from him soon for another one. I would highly recommend Justin as he is knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the work that he does. He’s super friendly and gave me a great experience.

My experience with Vista Tree Service was excellent and I would recommend highly. I had a very large palm tree that was too close to the house. Vista's bid was very reasonable compared to others I received. They showed up promptly and removed the palm efficiently. They also cleaned up everything very well. I can tell that the owner Justin has strong motivation to grow his business in a professional, customer service oriented way.
