I received professional, helpful, thorough and courteous services from Sid Mourning Tree Services. The arborist who assessed my large freeze-damaged oak tree provided clear and useful information and laid out my options in a helpful manner; his concern for the tree was obvious. The service was performed efficiently, with thorough cleanup and no damage to other plantings, and the tree looked much better than I expected after the pruning, given the amount of freeze damage it had sustained. I cannot say enough about the service we received with our tree trimming! The estimate was very thorough. I appreciated that an arborist came to do the estimate, listened to all of our questions and was able to answer them and explain what needed to be done and not done with our tree trimming. I received a reminder call the day before and a copy of the invoice of the amount that was quoted, back in July! A trailer was delivered to our home the night before the job for all the limb debris to be hauled away. Joaquin and his crew arrived on the day of the job right on time! It took a day and a 1/2

Sid Mourning was great to work with. I have 30 ft+ cedar elms and large old oak trees and they did a great job caring for my trees. The arborist was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, he gave great tree health tips and advice during his consultation visit. The trimming crew was always on time, efficient, and cleaned up well. I had one issue with one of the branches cut and customer service was quick to respond and make it right. The final product looks great!

Super easy to work with. Arborist came out and assessed our 40" dead tree, scheduled the removal & permit. The team that removed the tree was incredible -- they were quick & cleaned everything up well when they were done even cutting the stump nearly even with the ground.

Like many people, we had a large tree in our front yard damaged by the freeze in February. We had no idea what the extent of the damage was or how to proceed. Based on reviews we called Sid Mourning Tree Service to provide us with an assessment. The arborist came (in the pouring rain, no less) and gave us a very thorough explanation of what kind of trees we had and how they could potentially have been affected by the freeze. He was very honest in saying that this was a particularly unique event and that we should wait a couple months to see if the

Sid Mourning Tree Service is always super reliable and professional, and we are always very pleased with the results. We feel that the value for quality is superb compared to other companies we used in the past. There crews are very good at what they do and we trust them with our numerous trees. The “view crew” even suggested leaving some oak limbs I had asked them to removed (due to the fact they they provided privacy from neighbors) and now, even a whole year later, I am SO glad he suggested this. Update: The manager, Kristy, contacted me to offer a full refund of our job. She was very attentive and apologetic and I greatly appreciated the level of customer service after this experience. While I can't speak if my situation was a one time issue with the quality of their work, I can attest that they will go above and beyond to resolve any issues!

Alex and his crew did an excellent job. They were on time, clean, and Alex was careful to go over the work being done. If I need tree work in the future, I will go with Sid Mourning.
I've attached some pictures. I would like to note that one tree looks very sparse. This is because the tree already had major issues and I'm trying to save it, they did the best they could and I'm hopeful the tree will recover.
