Jimmie and Deveon were SO professional and careful when moving my furniture. They anticipated any issues and made sure to fix it prior to moving furniture ie, a picture on the wall that could be hit etc. They were very efficient, and worked well as a team. They were good at problem solving, I had a dining room table that needed to be put together but I didn't have the screws, they saw a set I screws I had fir another table and said let's try these - and it worked!! They were very patient with me when I would ask them to move it an inch that way .. then say no can you move it 2 inches

I wish that I could agree with the wonderful reviews that Under One Roof has received, but unfortunately I had the worst move that I have ever had, and this was a move of a half-mile within Chicago vs prior moves between Minneapolis and Chicago and DC and Chicago. In those moves, our furniture sustained no or very little damage. In this one, a table, a credenza, and a daybed were all damaged, and a few boxes arrived with holes bludgeoned into them. Plus, the move took hours longer than estimated, even though I know from prior moves that we have relatively little stuff relative to the size of our

I've had to move twice in the last month (ugh) and used Under One Roof both times and they helped make the moving part as stress free as possible. Both crews were fantastic, friendly, professional and took good care of my stuff. For the second move, they were able to fit me into the schedule on short notice which I really appreciate. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

GREAT experience. Under One Roof recently helped me move into my new house. On the business end, everybody that I worked with was well organized, friendly, honest, and accommodating. Communication was excellent- when the guys were running just a few minutes late, I was contacted immediately by the office. The guys who came out to move us were also outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable letting them do their thing while kept myself busy taking care of other household items. I would totally hire them again. These guys are awesome!! Fast, efficient and friendly (even on a 90 degree day)! Started with a phone call when they were 15 minutes away. Showed up on time, got started right away and finished before I knew it. Showed up to the drop off location promptly and got right back to work. Finished unloading without any issues. Easy to pay and wrap up entire move in under an hour and a half. Thanks to Nate & Dave my office has a new home! All with Smiles on their faces!
