My wife and I bought a house in NEED of new floors Jan 2020. We had a few companies come out but decided to go with Max because he was personable and we wanted to support a local company. Despite being told he would "price match" we still ended up paying nearly $700 more than his competitor quoted us at. His contactors left trash around our house daily and completed parts of all the rooms instead of starting in one place and moving on which made moving our things in very difficult. The contactors broke my water line in the bathroom and instead of calling us to let them in our basement to shut off

Max and his crew exceeded all my expectations. We had our entire first floor redone almost 1,500 sq ft. The workmanship was incredible ans the attention to detail very apparent. The crew took a day just to sand the sub floor to make sure it was level. This was a large job and they helped with the process the entire way making it more enjoyable. It was a 12 day job and they made sure we could use our kitchen and laundry room throughout the entire process. I am very glad I chose Maximus projects. Max and his crew are top notch, if we could give them more than 5 stars we would. Max assisted us with our flooring selection, his knowledge was appreciated as it was obvious we didn't know what we were doing. We are so in Love with our floors they are beautiful. Max and the crew were very professional from the beginning. Max was always there to answer any questions and was quick to respond.
