Derry Weaver is the owner and CEO of D&S Flooring, which he founded in December of 2014 with his wife Sherri. Derry has 30 years of experience in the flooring industry having started installing tile as a teenager and never quit! Derry is a man of integrity whose aim in business and life is to honor Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:9) and have fun while doing it!
At D&S Flooring, we offer several services to compliment our flooring sales and installation. We make starting a conversation risk-free with a free in-home measurement. We'll come out to your home to take measurements of your space and respond to you shortly thereafter with a quote of what a new project would cost you.
Our story really starts with eggs, lots and lots of chicken eggs. Our owner Derry Weaver grew up on a chicken farm in Lancaster County, PA where he learned how much he didn't want to become a professional chicken farmer. He left that to his brother Dave. Instead, Derry took up the construction trade in his teenage years and found a passion in tile installation, a skill at which he quickly excelled.
Hardwood as flooring dates back to the 1600s in Europe and has origins in America with the early colonists who took advantage of the abundant forests in our nation. Today, the hardwood flooring materials on our retail racks have been refined and crafted for a beautiful and enduring product suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
The use of tile and stone as flooring dates back to ancient times. This enduring flooring choice offers design versatility with wide application from commercial and residential flooring to kitchen backsplashes and bathrooms. Certain tiles and stones can be installed outdoors as well! Developed by the earth's natural processes and quarried from the ground and sides of mountains, natural stones tell an amazing story, and they're beautiful!

I would highly recommend D&S Flooring! When I entered their showroom, Cherish was friendly, helpful, and attentive to what I was looking for. (I like their stock floor options of Luxury Vinyl and comfortable carpet.) Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and kind when he came to measure our house for flooring. Josh and Dustin in the first phase and Jason and Travis in the second phase all did a wonderful job installing the flooring. Darryl also did a good job fixing one of our doors later.They were all hard working and careful in all they did, emphasizing that they want to do a good job like

This business had both flooring products that I was considering. Josh came out and measured and listened to my issues. Putting flooring in a 1736 home is tricky. He then processed with Derry and gave us that feedback. The pricing of both the installation and the product was less than I had been quoted at other stores. So, Shawn installed last week. He did a fabulous job and was super professional. I highly recommend this company.

Good People! Great floor! I had sheet vinyl flooring installed by Mike (with some help from Darryl) in my Kitchen/Dining Room and Mudroom. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy job, lots of nooks and crannies to go around, but I didn’t hear even one little grumble about it. The results are spectacular! Before I signed the contract, I obtained quotes from two other flooring companies. D&S was not the cheapest of the three. But when Josh came out to measure and get details for the estimate, he answered all my questions (without annoyance, unlike another company’s rep) and he was very detailed about
