First, I noticed on the receipt, it said no exchanges or returns. She never told me that in person. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have gotten it.
Fast forward to picking it up and it successfully gets to the apartment.
We open the box and it looks like everything’s thrown in. And there’s a crack. I call her and all she does is call her daughter on speaker and ask “did you check the table? There’s a crack in it” and of course her daughter says she checked it 😒
Then all she said was “I cannot exchange or return. She checked the table and it wasn’t cracked then.” She practically

I had a great experience here. I found this place on offer up and they had some great prices. I purchased a dining room set from this location. She said because I mentioned that I found them on offer up I would receive a discount. That is pretty awesome. Checked out a lot of the other little furniture stores in the area and found the same piece I wanted for way more than what Ava offered. It is a small store and smaller selection.
The lady who helped me was so kind and caring. Definitely will check this place out for future furniture!

The company’s/stores consideration two stars.
Pros: Super friendly staff when you go to the store to pick out furniture. The other pro is that the delivery guy I had was super friendly and nice and willing to work with my schedule to drop off my furniture.
Cons: The business or company needs to have a little bit more considerations for its employees/ delivery man. For instants they only supplied one man to bring up this really heavy piece of furniture that I had delivered today (82x33x22.5 box). Regardless

I'm not the one to post reviews but I had to for this. My roommate and I bought a dining set here and it was a hustle just for us to get our furniture that we PAID for. They told us wrong deadlines and made excuses that I had to engage in a screaming match with Eva. They ended up showing up with the chairs already put together and the table in the box even after we paid for them to bring it and put it together at our apartment. Eva was rude and disrespectful during the whole process.
TWO MONTHS LATER, three of our chairs broke. My friend was sitting on the chair and we just heard a cracking noise

I had a wonderful experience with Ava Furniture. The first time I went in, Antonio was extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry and their prices.
I decided to purchase a bed frame from Ava Furniture. The purchasing process was very smooth and there were multiple payment plans offered.
A few days before my pickup date, Ms. Ava called to tell me that the manufacturer stopped making the bed frame that I had already purchased and I could tell that she was genuinely apologetic and frustrated with the manufacturer. For that reason, she offered to give me the display bed frame in the store
