We proudly represent the Bryant line of residential heating and cooling products. We service most makes and models of gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, humidifiers and air cleaners.
At OK Heating & Air Conditioning, we strive to provide a comprehensive list of services for our customers. This includes system design and installation for new construction or remodel projects, as well as maintenance and repairs on existing equipment. We have used OK Heating for multiple projects in our home. We recently had to replace our air conditioner. Prior to replacing it, they came out and were able repair and get 3 more years out of our old one (They did not push a new one right away). And when our AC finally did die after 30 years, we called OK and they were out right away, made an awesome recommendation for a new unit and had it installed within a week. Installation was on time and all employees were very professional. We highly recommend O K in Verona!

Impressive customer service and response time. It was a holiday weekend and my AC needed to be diagnosed and repaired before Monday. It was Saturday morning and I left a message on the emergency line. Within thirty minutes the owner, had called me back and arrived at my place and by another thirty minutes the repair was done! Our 20+ year old Bryant furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. We called OK Heating & AC and they were here the next day. They had the part on hand and the furnace repaired in 1 hour. It was such a relief that we didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered and worry about pipes freezing or the house getting too cold. The technician was also very professional. As soon as he diagnosed the problem he told us what it was and about what it would cost to replace. The final bill was very reasonable and within $10 of the original estimate.

The motor on the furnace fan went out. The service person was prompt, friendly and fixed the problem. Took him 2.5 hours including waiting for the part. No complaint with the service. The issue we had was with how services were billed. We were handed a bill for $797 for which payment was required immediately and was broken down as $702 for the motor and $95 for labor. After he left I googled and found out the exact same motor (identical part # and SKU) sold for $298. So in reality I was charged $298 for the part and $200 an hour for service for 2.5 hours, which is more than I pay my attorney. I

In February I decided to switch from LP to natural gas on my Bryant furnace. To do this I had OK Heating come to my home so they could change the fitting on my furnace. This had to be a coordinated effort, since Madison Gas and Electric needed to make the final switch from the tank to the natural gas lines they installed last fall. OK Heating sent two technicians to my home in the morning to set things up. Then they came back later the same day when the person from MG&E was here to make sure the hookup was ready.
