I recommend Galaly Furniture to everyone. Good quality furniture, and everyone that work there are super nice. I first made a purchase at Galaly 3 years ago and furnished my whole apartment. Today i just furnished my whole New home and I love it. There was a couple pieces of furniture that was out of my price range that i wanted, but Mike made it in my price range. He works with you to get you what you want. The lady behind the desk Z is awesome and always greet me at the door.

I will let you know that I am an exquisite and demanding person, I believe that we must all carry a bit of demand inside so that the efforts are greater every day ... a place that you can find a formidable attention especially for Carolina who was so kind and for our purchase I received such a wonderful treatment to be able to close the order I guarantee that they will leave with a smile and pleased I recommend

I had very bad experience at this location. We choose the sofa that had leather design. We paid 216,000 and after 3 days they delivered the furniture. After they put that , I notice that the sofa was used and uncomfortable. We went back to Galaly furniture and of course the sofa wasn't there! Because, they delivered that to our appartment and I paid brand new price for used one. Shame on them! Hope some manager or high position on that store pay attention to this. As you can see they sold the show room furniture and got the price of brand new from us!!!!!!

I purchased a bed from Galaly but it was damaged. I called and spoke with the Manager and he stated they could not exchange it because I should have told his delivery people when they dropped it off. This is terrible customer service! Especially coming from the Manager. I was so disappointed. I had planned to go back to purchase other items but I won't be going back. I drove to 3 different furniture stores that day and I chose them to make my purchase. I was going to refer
friend who is currently looking to buy all new furniture but I don't trust Galaly so I didn't refer her there; such a shame
