Items are double and triple packaged with bubble wrap as well as other packaging materials. Each box or carton is specifically designed and created for a particular item to ensure no damage in transit. All shipments over $1000 include supplemental Insurance for the total value of the item. Although rare, damages need to be reported within three days.
Q: When will my order be shipped? A: If your order is in stock at time of order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. It may take a little longer to ship certain items even if they are in stock. Some warehouses require more time to prepare shipments than others. The longest it would take to ship an in stock item is 5 business days.

You'll get what you ordered...eventually. Oh and did I mention crappy customer service?
I ordered a great sofa from them, I even preordered it a few months before I moved into my apartment. By the time I was ready for it to ship, it took them a long time to do it. I'm looking at my email thread so this is all objective information.
Let's start with April 9: They said my sofa is "currently in transit to my home."
April 26: No contact whatsover. An email asking what's up gives me, "I've just followed up with the freight company in regards to your sofa shipment

I wish I had read these reviews before following the designer's advice to buy the couches from them.
I started actively pursuing them when it was time for our couches to arrive and we had not heard back from them. Once I was finally able to speak to a person - it took sheer determination and finally luck that someone answered the phone - I received this email within about 2 hours:

This company sold me a product that they said was in stock at the time of the sale. (I chatted with someone at the time of the order through their online chat).
They charge the credit card at the time of sale not at the time of shipment and promised delivery within 2 weeks.
It has been 4 weeks and they are not answering my phone calls or emails! They don't have a customer service phone number (only an 800 number of an answering service that takes messages that are never returned).
They replied to me once and said that the order was shipped with a freight company called YRC but there was

I would give this company a zero if I could! They claim to have superior customer service and quick delivery but both these claims are false. I ordered a Innovation USA couch and was told that within two weeks it would be delivered. Once they charged my CC, no one was updating me on where my order was so after 2 weeks I started calling them. I quickly realized though that you cannot talk to them directly (they have a message center), I left numerous messages with this message center and no one was calling me back. I had the same type of experience as Raj P. below. I was a little hesitant due to certain reviews I read online, and also due to the high costs associated with purchasing furniture online. I was a bit skeptical but the prices and selection were so great, I had to give it a shot...

I ordered an Innovation brand Cassius Deluxe Sofa on their website this Monday afternoon PT after checking with Anton in Sales about its availability that morning. He told me it was available for immediate shipping but it would take about 4 to 5 days for the actual delivery even though I lived within an hour of the warehouse where this particular item shipped from. Most of the time seems to have been taken for normal order processing at Evinco, the warehouse and the shipping company all of which are independent companies.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything from them! The only reason I purchased from them rather than ebay was that I figured I'd get better service. I purchased a table and was told it would arrive in 1-2 weeks...HA! It's been over 4. My credit card was immediately charged and when I call to get a tracking number they take my number and say they'll get back to me. This has happened 5 times now....and I'm not even counting the emails. When I ask to speak to a manager, they are never there. You know when bad service is their culture when their voicemail

Bad service is an understatement. this company must pride itself on not returning e-mails, phone calls or anything else for that matter. I ordered the Icon Chair and Ottoman. Here is what I wrote to them upon receiving the chair.
This is my second e-mail in regards to my chair and it's problem with the base pedestal. The main pin that the chair rotates on keeps slipping down and needs to be hammered back into place. It went down so far the other day that when my wife sat in it and leaned back the chair fell off what little of the pin was showing. Luckily she was not hurt and she laughed

We ordered a lamp from Evinco. We were very excited about the selection and pricing. It was to be shipped in 2-3 days. A month later, we've had no word on the status or whereabouts of our order. The status on the website still says it'll ship in 4-7 days. I've sent 2 emails. We've attempted calls. No one answers the phone. Tried leaving a message and their voice mail box was "full." We'd like the lamp but the hassle doesn't seem worth it at this point, and we have no idea if we've been fleeced or not. I'd seen many positive reviews of this company

Honestly they don't even deserve one star. I seriously think this company is just a sham. I ordered a chair in a particular color and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. I followed up a few times and was told it was on track to arrive in the time given. After 8 weeks, they said that my color choice would take longer or I could accept one of the standard colors and get it now. I said I would maintain the order for my 1st color choice and wait the additional time. Lo and behold, after waiting the additional time, they said they didn't have the color I wanted and would not be getting

Bad service - I orderd a sectinal for 24k promised to be deliverd in 6-8 weeks on week 7 you contected evincos anton to know a status a was informed that there was a dealy and the sectional will leave china! in 2 days and will be delivered in 3 weeks 3 weeks pass and I call again only to hear that he is not sure if the sofa left china and he will check. I got mad and called his boss that told me the delay may take 6 more weeks and that they can't afford to talk to me for 40 minuts every time so I should not call again in the next 6 weeks if I want to keep my order!
