Beautiful pieces and collection of home decor. I've been eyeing on the Rinka collection for the longest time and wanted to get my hands on some of the ceramics as this is the only place that sold this collection in stores in the US.

My friend secretly worked with a worker there to purchase the mugs and saucer and she play along the entire time. We even bumped into her in the street and needless to say she was the sweetest!

I ordered five pillows and one was defective. I did not notice it for awhile because I was waiting on new furniture that was delayed due to covid. I requested to exchange the one defective pillow, but, the company would not give me an answer. I eventually gave up. Poor customer service for a high end store. I will not do business with companies who don't stand behind their products and don't provide good customer service.

I highly recommend DONALD RICHARD, as your first licensed trade expert. He did an incredible magic trading on his company's platform, that I earned above my expectations. Wow! this is Great. Beautiful environment, soft music, sitting in it, I feel very happy, the food is delicious, but it is a little expensive, and I will try it next time

The place is beautiful! But the food was extremely subpar.. quite disappointing but it seemed to lack a lot of flavor and was super unsatisfying.. Maybe I was just too excited because of the hype, but it just seemed like they were cutting corners when it came to the food they served.

This is my favorite place in New York. Ever.
When you've been busy frolicking around the city and have been on the move all day, this is the place you can go to drink some tea and just find some time to relax.

I can go on and on about their teas, pastries, and furnishings, but I'm here to simply here to say "you must stop by."

Every time we are in the city, I try to make time for this place. It's a vibe.

I didn't get to shop here, but they are kind enough to have their bathroom open to the public, even in the midst of a pandemic, so I got to walk around and look at their beautiful pieces. They have unique, history-rich, stunning pieces of all kinds and are quite knowledgeable of them.

Aside from a beautiful product, I must commend Roman and Williams Guild for exceptional customer service. Through no fault of their own, the carriers used for delivery, i.e., UPS and FedEx, seriously dropped the ball on delivering an item chosen as a gift. The sales and customer service personnel at the Guild leaned over backward to make this right. I appreciated their efforts and am now a dedicated fan and follower of Roman and Williams Guild. You can shop with them knowing they stand behind their products and service.

I just visited to browse and a sales associate rushed at me to tell me that the store was open by invitation only and that I should have know that by seeing the in front of the door, despite the fact that there painted footprints on the sidewalk leading to the door and was no signage visible. I totally understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but he was incredibly rude.

Beautiful shop- stay for a bite to eat if it’s not booked -and be sure to leave for home with a gorgeous floral arrangement

I never write reviews but thought this one was important so people can understand about their customer service policies. I was so excited to purchase 2 beautiful bowls and linens for a gathering I was hosting in my home. When my package arrived one bowl was completely broken. I returned both bowls in order to get a refund since they came as a set and RW would only credit me for 1 bowl that was broken and did not refund the shipping costs. This was a huge inconvenience. I am out of pocket 275.00 for shipping and now I have a store credit that I can't use until my next visit to NYC. The staff

Absolutely breathtaking everywhere you look in this amazingly curated store. Loved the library section downstairs too. I could have moved in!!!
We had breakfast the next day which was lovely too. Your staff @AustinWhittle was so engaging, he shared the history of the founders and some of the artisans stories. Very impressive you man. A great asset to your business. Can’t wait to visit next time I’m in NYC. 🖤

The chocolate mousse should be renamed “Happiness in a Cup”! Love the store, restaurant and flowers.

Meh. It looks like a big place but like 3/4 of it is the store and then private dining. The actual place to sit down and eat is tiny. Really packed. Other than that it is a classy place with overpriced food but that's the whole reason you're there for. Pretty good service

We had a nice french breakfast here, environment is calm and beautiful. Great service. A bit pricy.

Also this place is awesome, inspired and worth a visit. So much lovely attention to detail!

How cute is this place? Came in for a latte on a cold morning to start my day with a couple of friends and we couldn't help but wander around the area to see what they had to offer. From flowers to unique home decor, it is definitely worth checking out. The latte was yummy too! Definitely worthy of stopping in to catch a break from the cold winds.

Sumptuous spot newly opened that's transportative. Both a posh furniture and design store with gorgeous curated items. Beautiful fresh flowers fill the entrance with a lush welcome and soon to open La Mercerie a Parisian feeling day cafe with charming and elegant velvet banquettes serving a little known in the states torteau from age or French cheesecake. Design store open now, cage will serve food mid- January.
