22 years ago I was opening up my first bar/restaurant and was lost in how to do it. I went to Chair Up to buy a Thonet curleicue wooden bentwood chair I was unable to find anywhere else in New York City. This store has an amazing selection of seating for business or personal use. The service was great and I was in and out in no time with my chair. It was a good experience. I will shop there again and recommend this store to everyone I know.

Dave is a stand up guy. I forgot my bag in his store with a considerable amount of cash in it not only was everything in my bag he was sure to let me know first chance he had. I have used him many times before and will be a lifetime customer. Thanks Dave!

They Owner/Manager was "All Business" & a bit "Too Rough" or me. They have a decent selection of items; But - You should go in there knowing what you want. Very wide selection of items. Easy to communicate with this place. They do offer delivery - But, I imagine it must be a bit expensive. They have some pretty cool things.

This is a terrific store if you're looking for chairs, tables, bar stools, etc. On two separate occasions, I purchased kitchen chairs and bar stools from the store, and was very satisfied both times. Although their clients are usually commercial businesses, they treated my small, residential order with the same interest and attention as if I were placing a much larger order. They have a great selection and the prices are very fair. I think that this place is a hidden gem and I recommend it highly.
