It was not a pleasant experience shopping at this store. There were 2 problems with the dining table I purchased, let me explain:
1. The table at the store is a dark glass top, very pleasing to look at and I really liked it the first time I look at it. When it was delivered to the house, it’s clear/see thru glass. I did not like the look of it so I went back to the store and wanted to make sure they delivered the right top.
2. When I get to the store, I found out they delivered the display table, not a brand new one from the warehouse like they promised.

Nice, friendly & professional from selling to deliver. I first come here for a table but I can't find the right one here. However, because of the nice & warm welcome customer of Alison, couple days later, I came back to buy many other thing from them.

As a business owner, I didn't have time to look at many places, but at K&D, I didn't have to go anywhere else. I found the best service, best prices, and furniture. The staff was SO helpful and gave me the ability to return the furniture within 7 days, which is what really sold me. The place is really a good place to shop furniture. I am recently moving to a new house and began to shop all furniture: bed set, table, chairs and etc. The price is pretty reasonable and the design is contemporary. Especially the good customer service provided me the comfortable shopping experience.

An associate named Allison and the person responsible for the store ("Fei") are incredibly rude people and are unwilling to work along side of their customers to make sure our needs are satisfied. On top of that, they don't have any knowledge about design, decorations, colors, or materials. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This place has a fantastic selection of contemporary and modern home furnishings, accessories, Art, Decor, and mattresses! Very friendly and helpful staff. They also offer design services and will work with you in designing your space, offer recommendations and in most cases if they do not have what you want in the awesome inventory, they have tons of manufacturer catalogs that they will sit down and go through with you just to make sure you get exactly what you want! If you are looking for something a little bit out of the ordinary, this is the place for you. There are some very unique pieces here. The sales floor is full of brightly colored leather sectionals, sofas, chairs, dining room sets, and rugs. The sales woman I worked with named Fei, also told me that custom ordered pieces are available. However it may take about three months for them to arrive. If you are able to wait that long it may be worth it.
