Do not use this company. At first Fatima was super helpful but then I tried to call back to give them my card number so we could get going on the project. Ruben never called me back, I called, texted and Facebook messaged. Horrible service.

Buyer beware! Run from this company. Ruben is a liar and a very shady businessman. His FBook ads promote services he does not follow through on - nor complete. I responded to a FaceBk ad that stated: “sink and cutout included”. He did not include the sink. I purchased my own sink. After paying a hefty price for boneyard remnants, he gave me the runaround for a week and refused to return to my home to complete the job. We also agreed on overhang dimensions. His incompetent installers installed the junk granite flush with the cabinetry. I mentioned this to them. They pulled the granite one inch

Buyer Beware!!! Almost 3 weeks later my kitchen is still torn up. Reuben does not do what he says he will do when you sign up. He didn't mitre our corners (but charged us for them). He took short cuts on leveling out pieces (unequal size). He doesn't clean up after himself after each visit. His employees do NOT understand English which results in ongoing confusion. He does not supervise, nor does he check the ongoing work (which causes more delays due to the need for correction). He also tries to tell you afterwards that he is not responsible for certain portions of their work, after he can't figure

I had been in the market for granite counters since April 2019. We received three quotes from the Killeen area. Some were really pricey and others had 12 week turn around time. We used Travertine Artisans to fabricate our new kitchen counters. Reuben provided a reasonable quote via email (my husband provided him with specifications/measurements and photos). He was able to coordinate with our contractor who handled the demo for us. Reuben was always available and responsive via text. He and his team did excellent work. I want to write a 5 Star review for Reuben and everyone at Travertine Artisans so I can describe my experience with them. He has installed granite in our home a few months ago and this week in our rental condo. I have remodeled 6 houses in various parts of the Austin area and I had become jaded towards contractors. They never called you back and when they did make appointments they didn't show. Their work was shoddy and they didn't stand by it when there was an issue, just made excuses. Frustrating. Not Reuben. He wont let you down.
