We had Damian helping us with our purchase of four kitchen chairs. The whole experience was wonderful. We had all our questions addressed in the chat on their website. The chairs arrived on time, however, our chairs came from US warehouse- we did not have to wait for a shipment from EU. They are amazingly comfortable, made in Italy from eco leather and look super modern. The color fits well with the Santa Barbara inside-outside lifestyle. Overrall, we had an excellent experience and our chairs are an exclusive find!

We ordered an expensive table from them. It took three times longer to get it than it stated. (Over 3 months). . . and then when it arrived we paid an additional $300.00 for White Glove Service. The guys were nice but did not know how to put on the glass extensions and then we found out that the components were put together wrong so its non functional. The White glove guys sent them pics while I was there which clearly showed the mis drilled holes, etc. and even talked to a person from this company at my home. Do not buy from this company. They have high end furniture but low end customer service. Their staff is unhelpful, deceptive and rude.
We ordered something in August and it was delivered in January (4 1/2 months later). While they covered the cost of delivery for an expensive piece of furniture, they would only pay for it to be delivered to the curb. Because this wasn't clear at time of purchase and we weren't given alternative

Even one star is one too many for this company. I ordered a glass wall unit in January. It arrived in April with 2 important pieces in shards. The 5 boxes of the unbroken parts of the unit are still sitting in my foyer 4 months later awaiting the replacement pieces. I was told in mid-June that it would probably be another 4-5 weeks. I'm still waiting. They immediately charged my credit card close to $2,000 in January, and I still don't have this unit. (I also had to pay my carpenter, who came to help me open the boxes in April so he could install it on the wall, for his time.)

We purchased a couple coffee tables from Ultra Modern in September, 2012. Their supposed delivery date was 3 months from date of purchase based on their website and over the phone. After a long wait and number of calls to the customer service-----every time they told us it was going be arriving soon. We finally received the coffee tables in 5 months, only to find out they were shattered.
They tried to talk us into reordering the coffee tables and promised a fast delivery, this time we had known better and did not dare to do business with them again.

OMG!!! 10 days ago I stumbled on this website after looking for months for a glass small console desk. The price was almost too good to be true but I ordered it and today it arrived! it is gorgeous and a third the price of many desks that I looked at! The customer service was wonderful and the white glove delivery was perfect!

During 3 weeks I left a few voicemail msgs, as no human answered the phone. nobody got back to me. finally I reached Carlos who said that will call me in 10 minutes and never did. Last week I reach Daniel who said that will call me to give me delivery time info, but did not either. So it turned out that their promised "6-8 weeks delivery" became 5 months. Luckily I did not give any credit card.
For most times there is a voice mail, and when a human answers - they offer nothing reliable. I'll NEVER even call them again, there
