I was supervising a home remodel back in 2017 and needed a bid for some tile work. I scheduled for a bid on 2/16/17 which they came out to the house and completed. We never received the bid back from them and were not communicated with in any way until 3/29/17 when I got an email apologizing for not sending it and stating that they had lost the paperwork. 6 weeks later! Horrible communication = no work from me.

If you are looking for the most throughout and knowledgeable contactor in town, you found him. This company will stop st nothing to make your home reno dreams come true. As an avid HGTV watcher, these guys could understand my vision and made it come to life. Fairly priced and worked with my schedule. In vegas, it's hard to find professional and legitimate service, believe me I've renovated my entire 1990s summerlin home with plenty of ups and downs. Team tile and stone was the ultimate up. Called for an appointment for an estimate. A gentleman called me back we talked a little about the job I wanted (re-tile 2 showers with pebble tile and glass tile accents). He asked me what my budget was and I said that depends on what the estimate it. He asked me to fill out a request online and when I asked what the difference was between filling out a form online and talking on the phone now, he said because he needed to know what my budget was. Called several times and left messages. They called me 1.5 weeks later. I guess they don't need business. Either way, I would never want to do business with a company that returns phone calls after 1.5 weeks. There should be no excuses. Good LUCK!
Instead, we went with National Stone who answered their phone all the time and got our new kitchen counter tops done in less than a week (includes measuring, fabricating, installing). Can't beat that!

I really cannot begin to explain how completely and thoroughly satisfied I am with Team Tile and Stone. My project was simple - take out horrible carpet and replace with tile - the whole downstairs of my house. After getting raked over by Lowes and Home Depot with quotes (literally way too inflated to be realistic), I went on Yelp for some much needed recommendations for tile installation services. To start, Steve is a very busy guy with an extremely small group of hand-picked guys that he uses to perform any and all work. For anyone looking to have this company do work, understand that Steve owns and operates a very small company and for the most part, he is on the job site every single day and doesn't sit in an office chair answering phones. I contacted Steve and he came out to give the job a look the next day. After the estimate, he said we will be here Monday to start! Wow they were fast demo on Monday sealed on Saturday just in time for our Christmas Poolcuzi party. We had about 40 people over and they were so complimenting on the tile work.

The bidding process can be a ridiculous exercise However. . .Steve was the only contractor who provided us with a detailed bid that was explicit in what materials and labor would be supplied and where extra costs would come in (i.e. Upgrading fixtures, laying tile on the diagonal). (Just and FYI we had a guy from Home Depot come into our home bounce on our floor and say that the sub floor was rotted. He

Steve and his team were simply fantastic! I had disgusting white subway tiles in the master bathroom and I needed to change that before moving in. I chose dark, travertine antares tile that would entirely change the look of the bathroom. Steve worked with my budget and completely renovated the master bathroom. It now looks exactly the way I want.
The quality of work was top notch and Steve was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I appreciated that he was the owner and he personally was the person who came out for the estimate, as well as was on-site during the renovation
