You or one of your drivers in a J&M locksmith van almost caused a serious accident on hwy 316 today at approximately 1:00 pm. Your driver pull up next to a car he thought was going to slow, started blowing his horn then proceeded to speed up in front of her then slammed on his breaks almost causing a serious accident. He did all of this after tailgating her at over 75 mph for miles. This is being reported to the police as well. Great job almost killing people at Christmas time because you want to go faster.

I tried to install my new deadbolt and door lever. Nothing was working, so I called J&M. He was nearby so he came by to price the job. The price quoted was very reasonable. He had both installed in a matter of minutes. I am so happy and releaved to have it taken care of. I'll definitely call again when I need a locksmith.

I liked that Eugene was very honest, helpful, and kept lines of communication open. Even though the job was rather small, Eugene offered extra tips on decreasing the chance of it happening again. Had a pleasure of working with J&M Locksmith on several occasions (including this morning, hence the review). Called J&M Locksmith and talked to Eugene. Got locked outside the house and needed to get in. I was in a hurry so asked him to come ASAP.
In 45 minutes he was there and in a few short minutes I gained access to the house.

I can't say enough about J&M locksmith. I have had several business and personal emergencies as well as just basic lock smith needs and this company never disappoints. Well I didn't get Eugene, so maybe that's why my experience wasn't as great as everyone else's. We needed an emergency locksmith to get us into our place after we locked ourselves out. The star is for the guy showing up on time on a Sunday night, and for getting us in our home (although if I could give zero stars, I would). It cost us around $175 and after we were in the house, he asked us for payment in cash. We don't carry cash. He wouldn't take a credit card (despite them advertising as credit card friendly), so we paid with a check.

I contacted Eugene to re-keyed locks to several businesses for us. He arrived when he said he would arrive, his prices were fair, he was able to intelligibly explain to me what he was doing and why.
He could not complete the job that same day because he needed to order keys and pick up a dead bolt for one of our doors. He gave me a date and time for which he would return and did just that.
He was unable to install a deadbolt on one of our office doors and instead of trying to make a quick buck, he gave us other options. We will definitely use him again.
