I've heard they treat their million dollar clients great, but the experience for us was not great.
Kevin likes to say yes to everything and then pull the old bait and switch. He's very nice but when it comes to business he's very smart and has been doing this a very long time and he uses all his knowledge to play games and try to be deceptive. He pushes you in directions that you don't want to go and if you push back he throws a tantrum. Be aware that he considers himself a designer to save money and he will do the design have it drafted and submitted for permits without
