Oregon Trail Remodeling was founded by Jeremy Parsons and Marc Lisak in 2009 bringing together the business experience and construction expertise of both men. Their objective in forming the company was to provide quality construction at reasonable prices while meeting the requirements of their clients.

It is a wonderful addition to our home and the quality seems to be top notch not to mention all the cool features. We also want to let you know that the Oregon Trail Remodeling crew did a great job installing the shower and Jeremy did a wonderful job on the trim work.

This was the first comprehensive remodel for us, which included a complete do-over of the kitchen, master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, powder room and repainting the entire house. We can't say enough positive things about the crew from Oregon Trail Remodeling. From the original construction proposal to the final walk-thru, Michael Celis and his team did a tremendous job.
We were impressed with how easy is was to work and communicate with the team throughout the entire project. You can see how the carpenters, plumbers, tile installers, electricians and painters took pride in their work and were

We just completed a full back & front yard renovation and our favorite part of the entire build is our new cabana! We hired AJ at Oregon Trail to build this cabana from the ground up. It was not an easy build and had lots of planning and details that had to be perfect. We could not be any happier with the job they did. AJ and his crew are true experts in their craft. Everything was top notch From foundation, framing to tile, stucco and roofing, they can do it all. We also had them install a new custom iron front door! We highly recommend AJ and his crew for any renovation job you might have

Nearly everything went according to plan with the minor exceptions of things out of their control. The project manager was an excellent communicator and kept me informed in advance of next steps. The cost was true to the bid. The work was high quality and passing all inspections without a hitch. Workers were all respectful and tidy, cleaning up after themselves every day. The project isn't complete yet but is expected to be done ahead of schedule. I couldn't ask for anything more!

We did an extensive remodel with Oregon Trail of our kitchen, family room and downstairs area as well as a large outdoor living space off of our family room/kitchen. They were simply amazing and aimed to please! We have done tons of remodels over the years on houses and never before have we had such an amazing experience. The best part is they stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

The horror stories with unreliable and non trustworthy contractors seem to be the norm when talking to people. I experienced quite the opposite with AJ and his team! He came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. His team were hardworking, trustworthy (can't emphasize that enough) and got the job done. They renovated the downstairs bathroom, painted every inch of the entire house, stained the stairways and beams, added recessed lighting/ replaced all the bathroom lights and chandeliers in the house and other projects around the house.

Marc and his crew were the best! We shopped and interviewed a bunch of contractors before connecting with Oregon trail remodeling. Communication was easy and very open as was their nice personality. It all makes a huge difference! The end product was super awesome. Marc is a wonderful guy. We would definitely use them again if we ever had another big project. I don't like giving 5 star reviews but they def deserve it :) I'm about two years late in this review, lol

We just finished our kitchen and master bath remodel with Oregon Trail and couldn't be happier. In early May we experienced a flood and needed to replace our master bath and kitchen. We shopped around for contractors and selected Oregon Trail because they seemed the most knowledgable and professional.
We worked with our project manager Michael daily, he walked us through the process and always let us know what to expect. Everyone who worked on our home was respectful and worked with us during this strange time where we have to be home. We absolutely love our new spaces and can't

We had a dishwasher flood our kitchen and decided to take the opportunity to remodel. Oregon Trail was one of many contractors we contacted to get bids. Kornell, the project manager/contractor from Oregon Trail came out to our house and was able to clearly and confidently communicate how they could help us accomplish our goals. He turned around a quote very fast. We were impressed by how thorough the quote was and their responsiveness, and we liked what we saw in their showroom with Angel, so we went with them over several others.
Once the work started we were so glad we had chosen Oregon Trail

I'm giving Oregon Trail/ AJ Martino a 5-star review because they earned it. Read further and you'll see why. Looking for and deciding on a contractor can be scary and stressful. You hear the horror stories and the reputation of the industry. We were part of that group and we were hesitant to use any contractors. We actually started this project off using independent referrals.
Our project was a total gut. We were going to take everything down to the studs. We had met with a handful of contractors and Oregon Trail was the one we liked the most. They were the most down to earth and based

We just finished our home remodel with Oregon Trail and we could not be more excited. The quality and finished detail is outstanding! We have been so impressed with our lead contractor, AJ Martino. We interviewed multiple contractors prior to the start of our project and found Oregon Trail/AJ's pricing to be competitive. They delivered on time and at budget. We truly felt that AJ was our advocate throughout this seemingly insurmountable project, especially given our lack of knowledge in construction. We highly recommend Oregon Trail (ask for AJ Martino specifically) if your are considering

Oregon Trail Remodeling negotiated with us over a period of 30 days to remodel our kitchen and our family room entertainment wall. They won us over knocking out two other contractors and a kitchen designer. This company builds their own cabinetry boxes and orders doors to fit. Finishing is done on site. The process takes you out of your kitchen at least 3 weeks longer, but it is more flexible in design. In spite of their claims, they are not cheaper.
The week of Feb 3rd their representative, Kornel George told us they would start on Monday Feb 10. Before start we requested the contract be

If you are looking for a dishonest contractor with no integrity please give Robb Reed a call in the Portland, OR market.
Seriously, this contractor will overcharge and try and add work hours and unnecessary work that was never agreed on.
The worst part about it is I considered him a family friend who turned out to be a lying piece of work.
STAY AWAY!!

Angel at Oregon Trail Renovation is an amazing cabinet maker, who with has a team will make your renovatation project stunningly beautiful. We have used him twice: once to build a "library" for our Monopoly collection and most recently to rebuild our large kitchen island after water damage. Fairly priced for his craftsmanship, good service, and beautiful work.

My husband and I undertook our first large remodel project by completely gutting our kitchen and family room, trenching in water and gas, and removing a load baring wall between our kitchen and dinning room. It was quite a project! We interviewed a number of companies for the project, including several through personal reference, but I was most impressed with Oregon Trail Remodeling and project manager Michael Celis. From the beginning Michael was incredibly flexible (we wanted to pre-plan the project 6+ months before starting work due to some scheduling issues in our lives), very communicative

AJ just finished a light remodel in my condo (kitchen and 2.5 baths) - new counter tops, backsplash, and fixtures. Everything turned out great and finished within budget and time frame. I vacated my residence for 3 weeks and found AJ trustworthy, easy to work with, reliable and he communicates frequently.

We used Oregon Trail Remodeling last year to help us remodel our kitchen and replace our first floor flooring. I can't say enough good things about this team of professionals. They did an excellent job of completing their work when they said that they would and were up front about the costs. Like many large projects this one took many turns along the way as we weren't quite sure what we wanted until the work was about to begin. If there is any advice I could give it would be to either have a solid plan with the details already decided or hire an interior design person to help you

In my humble opinion, this must be one of the finest home remodel contractors in SD county. I come from a construction family and needed to reach out to a new firm due to the magnitude and timing of my project; gutting and rebuilding the entire kitchen (including floorplan changes) and all the bathrooms, including flooring throughout my home, etc.... After meeting with at least 5 other Supers (some of whom totally flaked on even providing an estimate, written or verbal) I met Jeremy Parsons of Oregon Trail - friendly right off the bat, ready for the undertaking and overhauling of my entire home

We hired Oregon Trail after reading Yelp reviews and getting competitive quotes.
Project: remodel of master bathroom and closet
Summary: Competitive pricing, but prepare for delays
Our contractor was Kornel. Most reviews talk about Marc. While Kornel is newer to being a contractor, he has a positive attitude. We did have to do more project management than we expected. Such as making a final checklist, asking about timeline. (I assumed Oregon trail would do that.) We work from home, so it was very important for us to know what was happening when and who would be in our home each day.
