Services
Tim Owen's attention to detail in the field helped us to make our conceptual drawings from our architects a reality. Certain specifics on paper do not translate well during construction, at which point the contractor is crucial in thinking on his/her feet. This is why it is so important to select the most qualified and experienced contractor for a project.

Absolutely stunningly designed solid work from a dependable general contractor! I won’t have anyone else work on my home but Tim. I had him design and build a surround for my air conditioner and it is like a work of art. The 12’x14’ pergola that now is the centerpiece of my backyard is unbelievably well built with a gorgeous design and special details! I just had Tim replace the metal, scrolled outdated columns at the front of my house with solid white fiberglass columns and they look amazing. This guy is the real deal...trustworthy, knowledgeable and talented. Couldn’t be happier with

I do not know what the other reviewers are talking about. Tim is a total professional. He completed two great projects for me. One project involved moving gas lines around, taking walls down, and brick and mortar renovations. his crews are professional, do quality work and clean up after their work day. His standards are what you want in a contractor. As an example, a supplier sent a expensive exterior door to our renovation project and Tim rejected it because the door did not meet his standards. I barely noticed anything, but he did.
He also did a bathroom renovation that came out great. We had

For our project, replacing a deck and small screened porch with a 400 sq ft screened porch using solar panels AS the roof, we asked several companies for bids. None had ever done a project like this before. One long-time Charlotte company (cough, Archadeck, cough) was not even willing to consider it. Tim welcomed the chance to do something new and different. He worked so well with our architect and solar company. He designed and worked with materials he hadn't used before, helped us get the fireplace we wanted and installed it. He kept a careful eye on costs the whole way through. We couldn't be

Tim Owens looks to be a nice guy, likeable and honest, I trusted him the first time he showed up on my project. Because of this trust, I wasted 2 weeks of precious time (water keeps leaking) and $600 with no progress at all. Here are the key facts you should consider before you hire him to repair or replace your main water line. It may apply to other projects too.
1. Tim doesn't know the water line from the meter to the house is private property and 811 won't mark it. For someone who claims to do 2 to 3 water line a week, this is a huge warning sign.
2. Tim doesn't know that water line can be
