Zeke was great at what he does. Very professional and knowledgeable when it came to wasps. He checked to see where the source was coming from and identified the types we had to solve our problem. He was excellent and made us feel safe during Covid as he was putting on shoe covers and taking them off for each time he entered and exited the house. He even went on the roof and sprayed the chimney I will call Zeke for any pest control from now on. I highly recommend Samson Pest control. It has been two weeks now and our problem seems resolved. I don't really write reviews, especially for services or products that I DIDN'T buy. But the technician that came out really won me over for the future and I can't recommend them enough.
I had called John Moore, Wildernex, and some other companies on Angie's list before I found Samson Pest Control a couple pages after on Google. They all quoted me ~$1000-$2000 for removing a rat problem in my 3rd story attic and worked to fearmonger me into their full services of closing up entries, full fog sanitation, and monitoring.
I think it was Zeke that came out, and when he told me the prices

Zeke was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, informative and so great to work with. His first visit to our "new" house, he did a thorough inspection and informed us of anyplace we might see possible issues, places where the previous owners had work done and might be areas to watch. We appreciated that he did what was needed and explained what wasn't needed so we weren't paying for things that wouldn't be beneficial. He's quick to respond and so very nice to work with. Will definitely continue to use Samson.

Zeke and the rest of his team are the best in the business. This small business deserves the work of everyone in Houston. They’re very responsive and they are very thorough. When Zeke does an inspection, you’ll know that he has years of expertise to get rid of any pest problem. The pricing is very competitive with the market, but you can’t beat the price on the service you get when working with this company. Every time Zeke comes for a visit, I always have hundreds of questions and he always seems to have an answer to all of them.

Great Great service! I'm full time in a motorhome. I thought we picked up carpenter ants or termites at my last RV park. 3 other pest control companies wouldn't even come out to look at them. Zeke, the tech, was texted pics of the bugs and agreed to come out. He came out, examined some, looked around the RV, discussed with me that they were a small carpenter ant. He said because I moved parks and started treating it myself there wasn't anything he could do. He suggested to keep treating them for a few days and they would die off. After this consultation, he didn't charge me! I was pleasantly surprised

Zeke was honest, professional and the estimate was reasonable. There were no unexpected or hidden fees. In fact, there was a small selection that was overlooked and he treated the area without raising the cost. They did a very thorough job and cleaned up after they were done. I would gladly use them again and HIGHLY recommend Sampson Pest Service!

Extremely nice and courteous service techs . Always on time and respectful of our home by wearing necessary protective footwear. Zeke came by and sealed up a rodent entry into my attic... the job he did was barely noticeable since he painted the patch that he used to seal the hole with. He also came back a few days later to check to make sure the rodent was out and not gnawing at the patch job to get back in. We use Samson for year round protection and so far we are very happy with the knowledge, price and service.
