It rarely happens that I write reviews specially bad ones. But this is a case that I feel responsible to inform other people.
I wish I could pick a negative star! The guy over there is a joke! You cannot believe a salesman can be so rude and disrespectful! At some point I thought he was trying his best to insult me and my friend so we got out of his store asap. after 10 minutes I got out of the store and tried to find the same model of the sofa somewhere else online. I was even willing to pay more and buy form somewhere else instead of being insulted. Guess what! Every other places had almost

Very uncomfortable sofa! Nothing but thin cushions over sharp boards. The cushions are not uniform. After a couple of months, the fabric is stretched and has “pills”. It already looks old and feels older. Super inexpensive but certainly a “you get what you pay for” item. If you are looking for a painfully uncomfortable experience with disposable furniture, this may be the couch you’ve been looking for. I tried calling several times, but there's no answer

We were very happy with our experience. We were looking for a bunk bed for our kids. We had a particular brand in mind and after a google search we saw that Mid America carried this brand. It was a little nerve wracking ordering a bed without seeing it , but it had gotten great reviews so we went ahead. We purchase the bunk beds, a twin mattress, the delivery and installation of the bed for a very reasonable price. The only hiccup was I didn't know when to expect it and there wasn't an exact time frame. We got the call it was in and the delivery and set up was so quick and efficient

Very bad customer service, everything is overpriced , I purchased the whole bedroom set from them then I found some scratches in it and found elsewhere way cheaper, Don’t shop from them it rip off.
You are a big liar with an attitude , you never answer the phone plus you need to work on your communication skills or nobody will stop by your store again.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to put my experience out there about Mid-America furniture and what they did to me. First of all the original owners are no longer there. The man working there lied and told me they are on vacation when in fact she moved to another location. Anyways they sold me an expensive bed frame that was broken from day 1. I complained over and over that it's broken for months. I took many different days off from work because supposedly someone was being sent to fix it. They never showed up. The owners were extremely rude to me every time mainly because I'm a women

I bought a mattress and box spring from them in October of 2019.
I remember having a difficult time with the sales man in the store, but they quoted a good price so I dealt with it.
When I received the mattress and box spring, the box spring was much lower than I wanted and even worse, it was dirty, ripped and looked used.
When I called the store and spoke the the sales man he said all sales were final.
Well, here I am 7 months later and my mattress has completely collapsed in the middle. I weigh 140 pounds and sometimes my son sleeps with me (30 pounds). Nobody else has slept in the bed! So either

I walk in and within minutes the staff assist me in buying a gorgeous couch, mirror, lamp, chairs and bench. I was back within weeks to buy the corresponding dining room lamps, chairs, and extra cushions to refresh my family room - OMG the pillows are so soft and gorgeous. I can't recommend Mid America Furniture more

I highly recommend this furniture store. I always go there to pick good furniture. They have wide variety of couches, sectional, nice bedroom sets and more. Prices are good compare to other furniture stores. I can’t leave this store without buying something! Just ordered new bedroom set and I love it!

The owner here is overly impressive and creepy. He followed my mother and I into the store and stalked us through the entire salesfloor yelling things from behind me about how they were having a sale, delivery is free, they have a book to look in, here is the book, etc etc. you'd think after the I had first said "Thank you, we will look around first" he would have gotten the hint.
Definitely not buying from here from such a creepy and stalker sales staff.

The best furniture shopping experience I've ever had! This is a family run business and they really work with you to give you what you're looking for. Feras was my sales consultant and was able to provide me with fantastic suggestions for what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store for quality furniture and service!

So we bought a leather sectional around October of 2014. We worked with Feras (owner), found something in the catalogue we liked and setup the delivery date.
Delivery took about as long as Feras said it would, he didn't have the item in their warehouse so everything took a bit longer - but he was honest and upfront about everything.
The sectional was great, for a while, until we noticed it was sagging in the middle. I called Feras, and he jumped right on it, sent over his furniture repair guy to take a look. Turned out the sectional was poorly made, to no fault of Feras'.
