J & J Tree Care

J & J Tree Care trimmed two fifty year old trees that had been neglected for many years. They gave me a very competitive bid and scheduled the work earlier than they had promised. They did great work and the trees look incredible. Their cleanup exceeded all expectation. I will use them again.

I have a number of large trees [over 30 years old], and these guys have trimmed, removed huge amount of deadwood, at an affordable price, no messing about on the scope or commitment to the work. The site is left tidy and the quality of the trim is excellent.

Wow, someone who does what they say they will do when they said they would do it. Really not used to that, kind of puts you off balance. Today they removed a massive laurel oak that was threatening my home with military precision, took not only the timber with them but all debris as well. Even managed to preserve a prized pineapple plant that was only 3 feet from the trunk. Highest recommendation.

I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with J&J Tree Care. They are quick to respond and very professional. Additionally, this was, by far, the cleanest tree and stump removal I have ever had done. Their pricing is fair and if you have multiple estimates you're trying to chose between, I can say save yourself the mental anguish and hours of yard cleanup and go with them!

J and J Tree Care always does a fabulous job removing and trimming trees. They do a nice job with clean up as well. They are VERY responsive when calling for a quote and schedule the work quickly. John and Lynn are both friendly and easy to work with. They also communicate well and are responsive via phone and email. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a bid with J & J Tree Care at the beginning of the week and they booked me for an 8am time slot to come out and see my trees on Thursday. The woman who helped me was very helpful and kind and I was glad they were able to come out within the week! On Wednesday though, I received a phone call and voicemail from a blocked number and it was John, the owner. He left a rude message about how they are not taking new customers and would not be there the next morning at 8am. Considering I'd been booked with them for 3 days, this was unprofessional and disappointing. Needless to say

J&J came out for a total scrape of my forest of a yard, as well as some delicate trimming of trees from a neighboring property. I don't know if J&J was the cheapest, but I don't care. You get what you pay for. The guys showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, dealt politely with those neighbors that are always going to complain, and cleaned up after themselves. They had the proper equipment for the job and were extremely professional.

Our trees look beautiful. Price was very reasonable. Had two ash trees trimmed that were very large. The workers cleaned up the yard and left no trace of anything. Would hire them again and would highly recommend.

Called many tree service companies to give me an estimate on trimming /cutting down trees -- the only company that responded and gave me an immediate estimate was J & J. I was extremely pleased with excellent job of trimming/cutting and cleaning up. I plan to use them again. Highly recommend.

I wasn't able to be home for our tree trimming and a neighbor parked directly under the tree. called and asked what neighbor it belonged to J&J Tree went door to door to find who it belonged to. That was great! I feel any other service would have just left and rescheduled.

I was extremely pleased with J & J Tree Care! From customer through completion of the job they were excellent. They were prompt, friendly, fair priced, and did a great job and cleaned up better than it was before they came. I would highly recommend this company.

Stay far away from this business. I called to schedule a service and after finding out I'm out of their area, the woman who answered the phone by the name of Lynn just hung up on me!! I left them a 2 star review on their Facebook page regarding their lack of customer service and I was attacked being told to 'get over myself.' I have never been so disrespected by a service company than this one.

All I wanted was for them to acknowledge that it wasn't right that I was hung up on no matter how busy they are. Does Papa John's hang up on you on a busy day? Nope, but this one

J and J Tree Care did a great job removing about 60 feet of junipers from our back yard. Their estimate was the cheapest and they were really good at communicating their schedule (this was not an emergency job.) They thoroughly cleaned up where they worked in the yard and the yard looks much, much better!

Still waiting for them to get back to me on a request for a quote I made several weeks back. I am no longer holding my breath.

One rule as a homeowner is that when you need trees trimmed, you need to not be super cheap and hire a person who is not a liscened and insured arborist. Two reasons for this 1. If they do not know what they are doing they can jepordize the health of your trees. 2. It is an extremely dangerous job and if they are not liscened and insured and someone gets hurt and or property damage you could be sued!

That being said, J and J came to my house and did a superb job at trimming two huge D-town style trees and removing a small tree. They also cleaned up nicely. All at affordable and fair prices!

Called J & J on Thursday to get an estimate on having two stumps removed. Got and estimate mid-day Thursday over the phone. They said they would be in my neighborhood on Friday and could do the work then. Went home Thursday evening and it was already done and cleaned up. Great service, I should have called them first.

You want to think twice before you hire these guys if you live in a townhouse. You want to think 86 times before you hire these guys if you live in a townhouse AND have a grumpy neighbor.

Called them around 1st of August. Made an appointment. Promised that I will be contacted before they come to my place.

They came. They saw . They left an envelop. (450 dollars)

Called again to get another quote as I'd like the trees behind MY yard done only. Made another appointment. Promised that I will be contacted before they came to my house.

They made my trees look fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job cleaning up and I have no complaints!

J&J were hired by my HOA to trim some trees today. However, what we didn't know is that they would start work with four or five chainsaws at 8 A.M. Not everyone works a traditional schedule, and some of us are just getting off work at 5 or 6 A.M. and hoping for some rest. Sure, their start time just an hour clear of Denver's allowable 7 A.M. start for making noise, but 8 A.M., really?

Not only that, but their workers were yelling super loud to hear each other over their chainsaws. The best/worst part was that there were two workers yelling profanity and actually making fun of

Whether it's spraying my Elm, trimming my Ash or Fir, weed and feed for the grass or removing those pesky wild Sumacs, J&J has done good work for me at reasonable prices.

They call to remind you about sceduled visits and they have never "no call, no showed" me. The staff is couteous and prompt, the phone service the same.

I highly recommend this company for all your lawn and tree care needs.
