Roofwerks is the only roofing company I would do business with. After storm chasers came through our neighborhood and convinced many to use insurance to replace damaged roofs I learned a hard lesson. When X roofing company had completed work we found several problems. Roofwerks inspected and suggested repairs. After repairs were done by X company… I had Roofwerks back to check again. The gentlemen that came to my house were extremely nice and patient to explain what needed to be done. I paid for their expertise and prices were reasonable. We highly recommend this local business and specifically Shane Donavant and his team of roofing professionals. Shane was responsive, provided photo updates and checked in at every stage. The team was amazing! They arrived on time, were courteous, prepared, diligent and quite honestly were the hardest working people we have ever had at our home. Roofwerks replaced our entire roof. We got quotes from three different local companies and selected Roofwerks. Their reputation and detailed information were on par with the most expensive company, but their price was better. They were very responsive from the outset. Shane had provided an estimate for us a couple of years earlier; so we were comfortable with him from the start. The estimate gave good detail about what to expect and the crew he provided was excellent. After getting a couple of estimates, Roofwerks was the company we went with to have our roof replaced. The other company tried to get our insurance company to pay for a new roof but the insurance company declined the claim, saying the amount they would have paid for wind and hail damage would not have met our deductible.
Fred was a great guy to work with. The first day (Friday), the weather wasn't all that cooperative but they still managed to get the back of the house torn off and installed between raindrops. Day two completed the job (on a Saturday) and the dumpster was removed on Monday

I just worked with Gary Clay and a whole crew from Roofwerks to remove and replace an old roof on a 1930s farmhouse and new addition. The entire crew was professional and polite and answered all the questions I had. They showed up on time the day they said they were coming and got the job done quickly and it looks fantastic! We needed to replace the roof on our ~1650 sq. ft. mid-70s ranch house and got quotes from three different-sized companies. Roofwerks was in the middle, size-wise and price-wise, but their approach, materials, and cost were very similar overall to the larger company we considered. They didnt want payment until the project was finished and I satisfied. The couple of expected and VERY small snags were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

After receiving bids from 3 local roofing firms, we chose Roofwerks to replace our entire roof and install ridge vents. Their hard-working crew was terrific - started on time, finished on time - and did a great job cleaning up. After they were done, we found a few minor trim items that needed attention and they were taken care of immediately. Great experience!

Going into the attic showed the problem right away, bad leak around a roof vent.
Walked up on the attic and quickly determined i didn't feel like cutting a whole in my roof and getting the new vent and shingles up correctly.
Runs to Yelp and searches 'roof.'

I had Roofwerks replace my entire roof from the boards up. They also installed 'blown-in' insulation while to roof was off.
(1) The sales manager was always on time and professional
(2) The quote was fair
(3) They re-scheduled the repair to fir my schedule better (rather last minute)
(4) They completed both insurance paperwork and Progress Energy paperwork for the energy rebate.
(5) They ran into an issue during the work and called me before moving on.
I shouldn't need another roof on this house but if I did I would call them.
