Charged $100 more than quoted and was told they had parts available "in the truck" but still took an extra 1 hr+ because they had to leave for parts 2 times. Also reinstalled a longer fan shaft on the the new condenser fan motor and now the fan doesn't sit at the same height inside the condenser and makes extra noise & vibration because it's creating extra air turbulence inside the condenser due to the fan being too far down into the condenser.
TLDR....they put whatever parts they could find and charged me an extra $100

Awesome service. Good price, didn't try to upsell like other companies we talked to. Had to make two trips because they didn't have the part in stock but we were only charged for one visit. Will definitely be using them in the future

Have used them to install our garage heater and the guys were great. They were mindful of their shoes, and cleaned up the mess when they were done. Had and used great manners while I was around. for what they did they were surprisingly quiet as well.
