I highly recommend Dorrian Heating and Cooling. One of our furnaces quit working during the below zero temperatures a few weeks ago. I called and talked to Mony, she had a technician out to our building within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had our furnace back up and running quickly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Hit up my 93 year old grandma with $180.00 on top of the normal expensive price and told her it was a service charge. She was not told until after they supposedly checked her furnace. That’s pretty disgusting in normal times but this was last month during this pandemic. Warn your family and friends please.

Came to look at my fireplace and immediately said they couldn't help and then told me to cut a check for $95.40 for being in my house and not doing a single thing for under 10 minutes. Not very happy and they didn't mention a charge for driving which they aren't driving far since they are in the area. If you want to lose money quickly and not get your fireplace fixed then call these guys. Will never recommend or be calling this business ever again.

A 10 min job took them 2.5 hours and they charged me for that . First they did not have right ladder( even though I told them it's a two storied house when I scheduled the appointment ) , then they did not have right parts ( even thought I told exactly what the job was when I scheduled ) , so I went to store and brought the parts only to realize they did not want that ... so they went to store to get it ...... it only took 10 min for actual work ..... very unprofessional , unprepared and a rip-off . NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!

I called Dorrian to check out our fireplaces as they were having some issues. I decided to have them check the furnace while here also. The technician started off by calling when he was going to be later than the previously scheduled time. I appreciate getting this phone call that keeps me informed. The technician found issues with the furnace, explained the problem and then fixed it. He tore apart each fireplace, cleaned them, found the problems, explained how to fix them and then did it. He was very concerned about keeping our home clean and cleaning up after himself. I will be happy to

Had our home built over 6 years ago. Dorrian installed our heat pump. Had problems with the heating and cooling from day 1. We called in regards to issues and the owner was very rude and refused to come out. We called the builder of our home and they finally stopped by. Obviously nothing done as we continued to have problems even after calling in 2 more companies. Today we had Ryan Garvey of Wolin come out and after a few hours of troubleshooting our unit it blowing wonderful cool air. So grateful it is finally fixed !
