Even before they came out and serviced my home, I would message Al and he replied back quickly. Al and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Glen was the crews lead, however Al came on site to check things out as well. They were friendly and very attentive guys, they were very careful putting tarps down while working so they didn't make a mess. They replaced my furnace and air conditioning system in my home in one day and did an amazing job. I was given a tutorial on how to work the new thermostat. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family

Lenz did a great job installing a new HVAC system, water heater, and humidifier at our house. The install involved more then they thought it would due to a finished basement and some changes in ductwork to make it work, but they did a great job! Al Lenz, the owner, was highly attentive to any questions I had before, during, and after the installation. Lenz has provided great customer service. Al took the time to understand what issues I was trying to solve and recommended equipment to do so. The install had some issues along the way that they had to solve for and they dedicated time to do so instead of leaving it half done as well as came back after hours to assist. After being charged and given an insanely high estimate via another company, I googled local companies in the area and found Lenz because of their high ratings. The tech came out the next day and gave me a fair and reasonable price. He was efficient with his service and got me set up for an AC replacement. When the techs came to install the new AC they were on time, very friendly, and very professional. Had a new AC before noon. It always means a lot to be able to use a veteran owned company and this one lives up to those values. Thank you Lenz for your great service.

I highly recommend Lenz heating and cooling! They installed our furnace and A/C units a few years ago and the install went very well and was very fairly priced. This weekend my heater would not kick on. I called on Sunday and Dan was out to fix it on Monday. He was early, very professional and quickly had the problem resolved. I will be sure to use them for all HVAC needs in the future.

From the moment we called Al for an estimate to the time Curtis and his crew left we’ve not been disappointed with Lenz H&C. Just the opposite. Al came to our house and took the time to figure out what we needed and worked with us on price. On installation day the team was on-time, efficient and clean. Very friendly guys who knew what they were doing and got it done quickly. Replacing an a/c and furnace is never fun (or cheap) but the team from Lenz definitely made it easier to handle. Very happy.

Got in touch with this company a month or two back and I must say it's been an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and for their customer service. We had to replace our HVAC system and I did check the reviews for them along with reviews of the product they were going to install. We did not go for a second quote and day off installation went really smooth. We had Jeff, Drea and Nick working on the installation and they were here on time and answered our questions and we are just very happy with the work they did.

Lenz was the first of three contractors I had give me a proposal for a new Furnace, AC & Water Heater. Al was very professional, made a thorough review of our needs and desires regarding the equipment and add-ons. He gave us his best price right up front and No hard-sell! I ended up buying a split unit A/C with heat pump from Lowe's for $650 and I found a licensed HVAC technician to install it for $300. It works great...from another HVAC service provider! Compare that to the $5,000 that this company wanted to charge. You can see that they were way overcharging and didn't care when I told the salesperson/technician who quoted me. High price, low service quality, and uncaring attitude. No thanks.

My furnace went out late last night, I called and spoke with Jenny who picked up right away was super helpful. They gave me a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived (which was great because I could still go into work this morning). Al came by and was able to get me heat right away. Requested a technician visit my house for a heater not working. Long story short, the technician wasn't up to speed and couldn't get the job done the most cost effective way possible.
Talked to Al Lenz (owner) and he was not happy on how I was treated, and disappointed with the service provided. He apologized and ensured me I would not be charged for the visit. Al is an honest man!

I was very satisfied with my recent experience with Lenz Heating and Cooling. Our A/C went out during a very hot week, called my normal place first thing on a Friday morning and was told by them that it would be two weeks before they could even send someone out to look at it (obviously everyone was busy due to the heat). They listen to what you want, and they don't have salesmen (where you would otherwise have to listen to a 2-hour spiel where they try and sell you stuff). I had my furnace and air conditioner inspected by another well known company that advertises a lot and was told both units were bad. The heat exchanger was cracked and leaking bad in the furnace and the compressor was bad in the AC/heat pump. They quoted me around $15,000 to replace both!! I almost fell over.
