John Honc Sr, along with his wife Lillian, started a marine construction company in Bokeelia over 60 years ago. Their five sons each joined them in the family business after finishing school. We had people staying in our house and the septic backed up into the showers and toilets. Honc advertised 24/7 Emergency Service. I've called twice and got an answering service and after over 2 hours still have not heard back. So much for 24/7 Emergency Service. Called back at 7 o'clock the next morning and woke us up. Not much of an Emergency Service.......almost 12 hours just to get a call back!

I'm not giving fewer stars because I can't. The job they did for me was a disaster. The people who work there won't take responsibility for their shoddy work. They won't answer my phone calls, or come back to fix the issue. This type of immature unprofessionalism is not appropriate for a large company like HONC. I will not be coming back to HONC.

Keep far from these delinquents! If they do a job for you, and it turns out bad, they will not respond. This isn't the only company around that does this kind of work. I hired them, because I thought that because it was a big company, they would respond in the event of a problem. Beware! You might regret hiring them. They will come up with ANY excuse NOT TO HONOR THEIR WORK.
Update: And no, I don't have the wrong Honc. It is Honc Industries in St. James City. And call this number for what? For them to treat me like a dog? Besides, "You may have the wrong Honc" is one of their *favorite* excuses

When it was time to hook up to my city water and dual-use water I received 3 quotes. Honc was the most reasonable. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. They even managed to work around my existing landscape (which I was told would not be possible). I can't say enough nice things about this company and I highly recommend them!!

One of there box trucks dropped debri off the trailer it was towing and struck my van on i75
I called there office to report and was blown off multiple times then there insurance company contacted me and told me it was not there problem because the items bounced before breaking my windshield and damaging my hood. Luckily no one was injured.
