Seems like a good company to do your kitchen but I never heard back from them since September after asking for revisions on the very high estimate. They estimated me 14k for just demo and prep of a 10x10 kitchen. I understand being out sick but the person CC'd on the email didn't respond either. :(

My Aunt purchased a new kitchen through this company and the installation went well however I went to look at the work later and noticed that the cuts were not clean and had frayed. I also noticed that the shelves in one cabinet weren't square. I called Aaron and sent him pictures. I just asked for a call to discuss. He did not respond. I have called and left messages over the past month asking just for a call to discuss. He has not responded. Very poor support.

Mr. Vry came out over 90 days ago to get information and specs on a home reno project in our kitchen and living area. He said he would provide a quote by the end of the week. Fast forward 6-8 weeks later and we still had not heard anything. I called the office and the receptionist said she will reach out and have him call us. He called later that day apologizing that he was busy and promised to email us that weekend. Well, that was over a month ago. To say he is unprofessional would be an understatement. I would hate to have hired him for a 6 week project because it would probably take him 6 months

We hired Aaron Vry and Designer Kitchens & Baths to upgrade our master bath. Aaron was very helpful with ideas that we hadn't thought of which really made our upgrade stand out. We were so pleased that even before the master bath was finished, we had Aaron draw up some changes to our master bedroom as well as to the fireplace area in our downstairs family room. Both turned out even better than we had envisioned. Our foreman, Ken, couldn't have been any better as were all of the subs that Aaron hired (who have been affiliated with DKB for many years). Barbara Turns from Designer Kitchen and Baths went above and beyond to help me with repairs to a leaking shower that was well past any normal warranty period. I mean way, way, way past a time frame that any other contractor would honor.
When the shower started leaking through the wall a handyman had come in as a favor to me and quite honestly made a mess of things by ripping shower tiles, the shower surround, and a water damaged cabinet out. When he saw how involved repairs would be he suggested I call the original installer. It had been so many years since Designer Kitchen and Bath had completed

We used Designer Kitchen and Bath for two main renovations. The first one was a total remodel of our 20 year old kitchen and master bath. We were looking for a one-stop shop where the designer had his/her own crews. We weren't interested in being our own general contractor. Barb at Designer Kitchen and Bath was just the ticket. Highly recommend. Aaron was able to completely redesign our kitchen, while staying within our budget. If you are looking for someone that pays attention to detail, this is the company. He noticed that our builder took shortcuts in the configuration of our cabinets, and that things were off center. Multiple companies that bid our project never noticed. Had we gone with other people's ideas, we would have likely noticed too late, and after the investment. This is the best company to hire and work with – every aspect and every level. We did a remodel that included master bath, including moving closet door out of bathroom and into bedroom, and a complete kitchen remodel. All of this also included removing walls and giving our home an open concept. The result is so beautiful that my home has a reputation as looking like a modern model home. Both Aaron and Barbara were kind, patient, and jumped through hoops to give us what we wanted while keeping costs within our budget. Designer Kitchens and Baths completely updated our bathroom, finishing in October 2019. Barbara was extremely helpful with the new design and colors, including cabinets, tiles, and shower. Aaron oversaw the project and was always responsive to our calls. We were impressed by the remodeling team's quality of work and attention to detail. The overall project came in slightly under budget and we were pleased with the result. Next: our kitchen.

I have had four rooms renovated by Designer Kitchen and Bath and I would never use anyone else. The results of updating two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a great room are spectacular! The products installed are top-notch and have never given us a problem. We have relied on Aaron Vry with the last two rooms and are more than pleased to have his design expertise. We are happy to have great looking rooms with quality products that we will never have to update again.
