I had a great experience with prime classic. First i was worried to order after reading some reviews that after you do your order they don’t reply E-mails and others wrote the items was delivered incorrect. That wasn’t true. I ordered a bedroom coming from spain and i changed in the order from the picture that the bed comes storage bed not regular. The bedroom was delivered in 4 month. Packing came very good. The room exactly as ordered and looks just like the pictures. During the 4 month i was following up asking about the room with E-mails and my e-mails gets a reply during 24 hours business

The quality of furniture is ok but I am very upset that they sold us different pieces as a set. The shade is distinctly different for different pieces of the same set, and the leather has different texture and shine. The ottoman is in warm orange/brown as shown on their website, but the sectional sofa has completely different and very unpleasant shade of brown. It is completely unacceptable to sell pieces of furniture as a set when they do not match color exactly. Will not buy again. After this review was posted, the seller contacted me with apologies, and to let me know that the vendor is willing

The bed we bought from Prime Classic Design is amazing. It arrived on time and was well packaged. The quality of the product is great but the only problem we encountered was the instructions were very minimal given the complexity of the bed. So many pieces yet one page of cryptic instructions to follow. Had my husband not been in construction there would have been no way he could have put the bed together. We love the bed though and get so many compliments on it.

The merchandise is top quality. They (Prime Classic Designs) are very knowledgeable and courteous. I needed the couch as soon as possible and they delivered it as requested. My wife and I highly recommend this company! We had been searching for a new, quality leather couch locally in the Florida Panhandle for 7 months and extended our search to the internet before finally committing to Prime Classic Design. We were hesitant to purchase furniture from an online company (especially one over two thousand miles away), however Mike extinguished those fears in our first phone call. He was always quick to respond to emails with answers/solutions and was always punctual in returning our calls. My window of opportunity for phone calls is very limited, especially with the time
