I've ordered several pieces from them and am always satisfied with the service. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The only downside is there's no showroom so you just have to hope what you're getting is what you want. Some wooden slats in the bed frame that I ordered broke shortly after having it and they replaced some of the wood pieces because while the bed was almost $1000, it was made of cheap wood.

I looked for a upholstered bed with storage everywhere and couldn’t find a place that wasn’t going to charge me $1600 for the bed, delivery, assembly, taxes, and so forth. Came across this place and decided to go by their office location(not a showroom). Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation

Tina was great in helping us create a new sofa. Most of the reviews are on par with all the feedback and the best thing to do is go in and try sitting on all the sofas and talking to Tina on what materials and colors you want and she and David make it happen. The delivery team was awesome and actually lifted the sofa on to the balcony to get it in!! Great service and value!

Amazing customer service! The store layout is very attractive and comfortable. Arthur helped us pick out a mattress and was awesome. Not a high-pressure salesman at all. He was super helpful in picking out the mattress and setting up our order. A million times better than going to a regular mattress store!

I had a terrible experience with Melrose Discount Furniture. Kevin (the owner) was very rude and unprofessional. It’s amazing he is still in business. I am a business owner of 20 years and I would not have customers or be as successful as I am today if I treated my customers in the disrespectful way Kevin treated me. I understand we all have bad days, but each encounter I had with Kevin was the same; not pleasant or professional. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave as good of a review as some of the others. My partner and I are relocating to LA and found this website/company to help furnish our new place. However, after initially placing our order, we received the worst customer service. They canceled our order because there was a typo with the email address despite having our number which could have been used to clarify the issue. After correcting our error and reordering based on their instructions, our order was canceled yet again. This time they stated "we don't do 3rd party cards!" Even after my partner tried to call

I spoke with Kevin over the phone and he did EVERYTHING to help me find the perfect pieces for my home! The delivery staff was prompt, professional and VERY quick assembling the items.
